Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat adat desa taar tentang bagaimana dampak perkawinan beda kasta dipandang dari perspektif hak asasi manusia dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana solusi tentang perkawinan beda kasta di Kei sebagai tujuan menegakan hak asasi manusia yang ada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Taar Kecamatan pulau dullah selatan Kota Tual. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan malalui wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan yang dianggap mengetahui perkawinan beda kasta yang terjadi di Desa Taar. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa perkawinan beda kasta adalah suatu perkawinan yang di larang atau perkawinan beda kasta adalah pelanggaran adat pada Desa Taar, pasangan yang melaksanakan perkawinan beda kasta akan merasakan dampak yang sangat besar dalam kehidupannya. Solusi untuk perkawinan beda kasta adalah masyarakat harus mengerti aturan adat agar tidak ada pelanggaran adat yang ditemukan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the perception of the indigenous people of Taar village about the impact of inter-caste marriage from the perspective of human rights and to find out how the solution to inter-caste marriage in Kei is to uphold existing human rights. This research was conducted in Taar Village, Dullah Island District, South of Tual City. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to know about inter-caste marriages that occurred in Taar Village. The results of the study found that inter-caste marriage is a marriage that is prohibited or inter-caste marriage is a violation of customs in Taar Village, couples who carry out caste-different marriages will feel a very big impact in their lives. The solution for inter-caste marriages is that people must understand customary rules so that no customary violations are found.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari dilaksanakan penelitian ini bahwa untuk mengetahui Peran Orang Tua Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Masa Pandemik (Studi Pada Orang Tua Siswa Kelas Vii Smp Negeri 3 Leksula). Sebelum adanya pandemik ini, tidak banyak waktu orang tua dalam membimbing anaknya. Namun sekarang ini situasinya berubah, orang tua menjadi lebih banyak waktu dalam membimbing anaknya dan terjalin kedekatan emosional lebih dari sebelumnya sehingga benar-benar menjadi indikator dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskripsi kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah 7 orang tua, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara. Dengan Hasil penelitian adalah Pembimbingan orang tua dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada masa pandemik bahwa ada berbagai jenis pembimbingan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua, ada yang orang tuanya fokus dalam membimbing anaknya sehingga bisa mendampingi anak dalam proses belajarnya, ada yang memberikan fasilitas seperti handphone dan kuota internet, memeriksa buku pelajaran anak, mengontrol tugas-tugas anak, kemudian pemberian nasehat agar anak lebih giat dalam belajar. Kendala orang tua dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada masa pandemik di kelas adalah kurangnya fasilitas yang memadai karena faktor ekonomi, orang tua sibuk bekerja karena tuntutan pekerjaan yang menjadikan kurangnya pendampingan orang tua terhadap anak dalam belajar, jaringan internet yang tidak baik, kurangnya pemahaman orang tua pada pembelajaran daring dan tugas- tugas anak yang diberikan oleh guru. Solusi yang dilakukan orang tua untuk menghadapi kendala dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada masa pandemik di kelas yaitu Orang tua tetap berusaha memfasilitasi kebutuhan belajar anak seperti salah satunya kuota internet, berkomunikasi dengan guru, berikan nasihat, berikan semangat dan motivasi walaupun orang tua kadang tidak dapat mendampingi anak dalam proses belajar dan kurang memahami tugas-tugas anak yang diberikan guru Kata Kunci: Peran, Orang tua, Hasil Belajar Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in improving student learning outcomes during the pandemic period (study of parents of class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Leksula). Before this pandemic, there was not much time for parents to guide their children. But now the situation is changing, parents are getting more time in guiding their children and there is more emotional closeness than before so that it really becomes an indicator in improving student learning outcomes. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, with research subjects are 7 parents, with data collection techniques namely, observation, interviews. The results of the study are parental guidance in improving student learning outcomes during the pandemic that there are various types of mentoring carried out by parents, some parents focus on guiding their children so they can accompany children in the learning process, some provide facilities such as cellphones and quotas. internet, checking children's textbooks, controlling children's tasks, then giving advice so that children are more active in learning. Obstacles for parents in improving student learning outcomes during the pandemic in the classroom are the lack of adequate facilities due to economic factors, parents are busy working because of the demands of work which makes the lack of parental assistance to children in learning, internet networks are not good, lack of understanding of parents on online learning and children's assignments given by the teacher. The solution that parents do to face obstacles in improving student learning outcomes during a pandemic in the classroom is that parents continue to try to facilitate children's learning needs such as internet quotas, communicate with teachers, give advice, give encouragement and motivation even though parents sometimes can't. assisting children in the learning process and do not understand the tasks of children given by the teacher Keywords: Role, Parents, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the public perception of the Negeri Rumah Tiga regarding the covid-19 vaccination is viewed from the point of view of human rights. This research was conducted in Negeri Tiga Rumah, Teluk Ambon District. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were directly involved. The results of this study can show that the people of Negeri Tiga Rumah have different perspectives about the covid-19 vaccination. The people of Negeri Tiga view watching covid-19 with different glasses, there are people who consider the covid-19 vaccination as something that is very necessary to do considering the covid-19 virus that is currently circulating, but there are also many people who do not support the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination. 19 and that refusing to be vaccinated against covid-19 is a form of their right and they consider that mandatory Covid-19 vaccination is a violation of human rights. And they assess that the Covid-19 vaccination can only have a bad impact on the community and even with the Covid-19 vaccine, the community is complicated in all arrangements because there is no vaccine card. Thus, the role of the local government is very much needed in hoping the community will be aware of the importance of the Covid-19 vaccination.
