Abstract

SNG bergerak pada bidang Konveksi. Pada konveksi ini memproduksi berbagai macam produk diantaranya seperti kaos. Konveksi SNG masih sering mengalami keterlambatan pada penyelesaian pesanan sehingga dapat mengakibatkan turunnya rasa kepercayaan konsumen kepada perusahaan, turunnya citra perusahaan, bahkan dengan kejadian tersebut dapat menjadikan kesempatan besar untuk perusahaan pesaing, dimana konsumen akan memilih untuk pindah ke perusahaan pesaing. Pada penelitian ini dapat menggunakan Line Balancing dan Metode Work Load Analysis (WLA) untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perhitungan menggunakan Line Balancing yaitu waktu primer memiliki line efisiensi tertinggi sebesar 90,53%, balance delay terendah sebesar 9,47%, smoothness index sebesar 486,10 tetapi dengan hasil tersebut belum dapat memenuhi permintaan. Kemudian perhitungan menggunakan Metode Work Load Analysis (WLA) menghasilkan penambahan tenaga kerja pada proses operasi obras dan jahit. Maka, pengoptimalan tenaga kerja yang dapat digunakan pada Konveksi SNG yaitu dengan menggunakan sistem Over Time dengan jumlah pekerja yang sama sebanyak 8 pekerja dan 7 jam kerja per hari tetapi menambahkan 2 jam kerja lembur pada proses obras dan jahit dengan mengeluarkan biaya Over Time paling minimum sebesar Rp 8.339.912 per 14 hari kerja agar dapat meminimasi keterlambatan.

Abstract

This study aims to measure or evaluate the Supply Chain Management of PG. Gempolkrep which is located in Dsn. Gempolkrep, Kec. Gedeg, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. PG. Gempolkrep is one of the agro-industrial companies of the Sugar Factory unit of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara. This research focuses on six business processes contained in SCM, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable. The completion of this research uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Using SCOR performance attributes Reliability, Responsiveness, Agility, Cost, and Asset Management. Data collection is done by direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Furthermore, calculations are carried out on the metrics obtained from the approach using the SCOR method. Each metric score will be weighted priorities calculated using the AHP method. The results of this study indicate the performance of PG supply chain management. Gempolkrep "Good" as evidenced by the final result of 84.26 on a scale of 0 - 100. The final results of the Plan 0.13, Source 0.14, Make 0.15, Deliver 0.19, Return 0.19, and Enable 0.21 processes. Proposals for the factory to carry out evaluations and improvements focused on the procurement of process auxiliary materials, delivery of process auxiliary materials, and maintenance.

Abstract

Every business is required to improve the things in it so that it continues to survive and develop. Proper management is needed in every business to develop business performance. Pentol X UMKM is an MSME that was founded in 2018. Fluctuations in demand cause stock instability so that there is over stock and also lack of stock and indicates a bullwhip effect. Based on the problems that occur, an approach will be taken to solve this problem by using four forecasting methods, namely Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, Triple Exponential Smoothing. Based on the research results, the forecasting method used for large pentol products is Triple Exponential Smoothing Multiplicative. The forecasting method used for small bulb products is Triple Exponential Smoothing Multiplicative. The forecasting method used for tofu products is Triple Exponential Smoothing Additive. The results of the research show that the value of the bullwhip can be reduced

Abstract

PT. Alam Jaya Rungkut, Surabaya is a company engaged in the fishing industry The company processes various types of aquatic products such as fish, squid and shrimp. PT Alam Jaya only processes fresh fish into semi-finished products or in frozen form only. Products that have been processed are then stored in cold storage. Product quality is something that companies need to pay attention to in carrying out the production process to maintain the safety and health of consumers when the product is marketed. The company has implemented HACCP (Hazard Analysis Crital Control Point) in the snapper fillet production process but there are still some findings such as cross-contamination, there are metals, metals in the product that can endanger consumers when the product will be marketed. The finding is a discrepancy between HACCP Standards and application in the field. From the findings obtained, it is necessary to analyze how far the company applies the HACCP system. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate HACCP performance in companies with the GAP Analysis method as a tool to assess HACCP performance. based on the results of the deviation assessment, it is known that the average deviation from the overall implementation of GMP is 19.81%, the SSOP gap is 20.49%. and the HACCP gap is 12.27%. From each assessment, improvements are made if there are parameters that are not in accordance with HACCP guidelines so that the application of HACCP is better

Abstract

Rapid development in the business world and increasingly advanced economic development that causes various problems in the industry, but the company does not stop there because in reality there are still products that do not meet the specifications that have been determined or defective products. In the flow of the production process, filling machines experience several defects in the product production process which often experience defects in the pipe production section. From these data can later be identified the most types of defects and the level of characteristics using pareto diagrams, and the cause and effect of the production process. Statistical Process Control (SPC) explains that this tool is used to continuously monitor the production process on an ongoing basis and identify damage that occurs during the production process. Based on the results of the retro diagram, it was concluded that 32.2% of the number of defects in the production of filling machines in pipe product parts, namely leaky pipes. i.e. the process at the operator's work is less than the procedure. Companies have standards but the behavior of workers who lack discipline in carrying out their work during the production process (work method)
