Abstract

Pondok pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan memiliki nilai-nilai dasar, jiwa dan sunnah tradisi pondok pesantren yang tertuang dalam konsep nilai-nilai islami, ma’hadi dan tarbawi. Nilai-nilai tersebut direalisasikan dalam keseharian masyarakat pesantren baik itu pengasuh, asatidz dan santrinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara kritis tentang konsep dan aktualisasi nilai-nilai islami, tarbawi dan ma’hadi di pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dalam proses pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kajian dalam tulisan ini menemukan bahwa konsep islami tarbawi ma’hadi adalah islami yakni kehidupan di pondok pesantren harus berorientasikan pada tuntunan yang tertera di Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadist. Tarbawi yaitu segala pergerakan masyarakat pondok harus bernilaikan pendidikan. Adapun ma’hadi yakni pondok pesantren memiliki ketentuan dan kebijakan yang mentradisi dari generasi ke generasi. Nilai islami tarbawi ma’hadi senantiasa tertuang dalam kehidupan santri/mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan melalui tiga hal: 1. Peraturan, seperti cara bersikap, cara berpakaian dan cara bertutur-kata 2. Pembelajaran, baik pembelajaran formal maupun pembelajaran non-formal 3. Kegiatan santri meliputi kegiatan harian dan kegiatan tambahan seperti kegiatan mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan.

Abstract

Haflatul Imtihan not only as tradition at Da’watul Islamiyah institutions, but also as strategy to increase the institution’s brand imageby involving the local society and students’ parents in various types of activities carried out. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research are: 1) Teamwork (committee) involving the caretaker, head master, teachers and the student’s parents since the beginning. 2) The performance of many competitions. 3) The performance of theater Abdhi, distribution of learning outcomes report and prize to all competition’s winners. 4) General religious lecture, 5) People's Party. The people's party is the closing day of all activities that entertained by various traditional musical instruments, such as a student parade (carnival), accompanied by can-macanan, pancak silat, ul-daul, drum band, tong-tong serek. The Supporting Factors for Haflatul Imtihan activities include: 1) the involvement of students’ parents. 2) sponsors’ fund. While inhibiting factors are: 1) Limited fund that caused competition changed. 2) The undisciplined during competitions. Kegiatan haflatul imtihan bukan lagi hanya dijadikan sebagai tradisi di lembaga pendidikan Da’watul islamiyah namun juga dijadikan Strategi untuk meningkatkan Brand Image lembaganya dengan caramelibatkan masyarakat dan wali murid dalam berbagai jenis kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.Dengan hasil penelitianantara lain: 1) Kerjasama team (Panitia) yang sejak perencanaannya melibatkan pengasuh, kepala sekolah, jajaran dewan guru dan wali murid. 2) Penampilan berbagai jenis lomba,. 3) Penampilan Teater Abdhi sekaligus pembagian rapor dan pemberian hadiah lomba pemenang 4) Pengajian umum Keagamaan, 5) Pesta Rakyat. Pesta rakyat adalah hari penutupan semua kegiatan. Yang dimeriahkan oleh berbagai macam hiburan/alat musik tradisional, seperti pawai siswa-siswi, yang diiringi dengan can-macanan, pancak silat, ul-daul, drum band, tong-tong serek. Adapun Faktor Pendukung kegiatan haflatul imtihan meliputi: 1) peran wali murid. 2) dukungan dari sponsor. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat ialah: 1)Dana, dengan keterbatasan dana banyak kegiatan yang direncanakan meriah menjadi sederhana. 2) Ketidakdisiplinan siswa ketika lomba.

Abstract

Education must create a learning atmosphere that provides life skills for students. At TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, apart from the religious aspect, female students are also taught life skills education. This research focuses on forms of life skills education at TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan and the implementation of Islamic educational values in life skills education. In this research, researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources were obtained from several female students, supervisors, teachers, and senior teachers. Forms of life skills education include personal skills, social skills, academic skills and vocational skills. Implementation of Islamic education values includes the values of aqidah, khuluqiyyah, and worship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze HR management in enhancing teachers' authority and morale at TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed via data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Source triangulation was applied to ensure data validity. The study found that HR Management through transformational leadership significantly enhances teacher authority and morale. Human resource management (HRM) plays a crucial role in educational institutions, especially in boarding schools. Qualified human resources are essential for effectively managing various aspects of education. The implementation of proper HR management through transformational leadership can enhance teachers' authority and morale. However, challenges such as government policies and the emergence of new educational paradigms may impact teacher authority

Abstract

Self-muhasabah is one of the methods of moral education that is put forward by the teachers at IDIA Prenduan. Various forms of programs are structured to direct the students to always reflect on themselves, such as spiritual cleansing activities every dawn on Fridays (Kulsub) and mandatory activities for the management of the minister for studies and da'wah or (Menkada) Ma'had Student Executive Board (BEMA) at IDIA Prenduan and other things. In this study, the focus of the research was how to apply self-reflection to improve the moral quality of female female students of IDIA Prenduan and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of self-muhasabah to improve the moral quality of female female students of IDIA Prenduan. And the purpose of this study is to describe the application of self-muhasabah in improving the moral quality of female female students of IDIA Prenduan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method of phenomelogy. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study are the application of self-muhasabah to improve moral quality in the form of dawn lectures, istirham, morning lectures, tahajjud prayers, it can be seen that this application can improve the quality of mahasantri morals such as self-muhasabah activities. The supporting factors of this activity are Kyai and Nyai who have qualified knowledge and discipline of the mahasantri while the obstacle is the lack of enthusiasm from the mahasatri in self-contemplation which is held at dawn, due to the dense activities carried out. So that some students feel sleepy and this is a form of lack of faith in Allah SWT.

Abstract

Principles and values in all aspects of academic activities and campus life. The main purpose of Islamic universities is to combine academic knowledge with strong Islamic values, so as to produce competent and highly moral graduates in accordance with the teachings of Islam. Therefore, some Islamic universities with the boarding schools basic have strategies to develop education to produce competent graduates for the sake of progress. In the context of Islamic universities based on boarding schools, UNIA Prenduan has one of its goals, namely to produce superior regeneration that is beneficial to society. This can prove that UNIA Prenduan is really trying to create a generation of graduates who are reliable and also competent. This study aims to determine the strategy of enhancing the competence graduates through the Intensive Niha’ie Program for Female Student at UNIA Prenduan Sumenep in Year 2024 and knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in enhancing the competence through the Intensive Niha’ie Program for Female Student at UNIA Prenduan Sumenep in Year 2024. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of this research is the final semester intensive student of UNIA Prenduan, Kyai, and PO and PJ Niha’ie. Checking the validity of data in this study using Triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of enhancing the competence graduates through the Intensive Niha’ie Program for Female Student at UNIA Prenduan Sumenep in Year 2024 is: Debriefing Niha’ie workshop, Muqabalah Syakhsiyyah, Dauroh Fikhiyyah and imamah practice, religious speech practice, Amaliyah tadries, Fathul kutub, Rihlah tarbawiyah tanazzuhiyyah. The supporting factors in the strategy of enhancing the competence graduates through the Intensive Niha’ie Program for Female Student at UNIA Prenduan Sumenep in Year 2024 are good cooperation between the person in charge of Niha’ie and female students, the enthusiasm of the students themselves in following each program, and support and direction from superiors and related parties. While inhibiting factors in the strategy of enhancing the competence of graduates through the Niha’ie program UNIA Prenduan Sumenep Year 2024, among others: the schedule of the Niha’ie program with the faculty program, time constraints, late disbursement of funds from BAUK.
