Abstract

The security system is very important, especially for a house. The security system is one way to prevent theft. Door security systems are conventionally vulnerable to theft because they are easy to break into. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a safer door security system with the latest technology to minimize theft. One way is to use a fingerprint sensor to open the door, often known as a fingerprint lock, and an Android Smartphone Bluetooth control system. The fingerprint sensor connected to the Arduino Uno will record the registered user's fingerprint. The fingerprint function is to open the door after the finger is placed on the fingerprint sensor. The specialty of this system is that only registered fingerprints can open the door. Meanwhile, by using Bluetooth, the locked door is opened using the Android system. Through this system, it can minimize the crime of burglary. The result of this system is that the user's fingerprint data will be displayed via the LCD, which contains the ID number and the accuracy value of the fingerprint when pasted, and also that information that the door lock has been opened will be visible on the Android screen via Bluetooth. The method used is a prototype so that the design of this system can be developed according to the wishes and size of the house.

Abstract

Cleanliness is an important factor in everyday life, therefore cleanliness must be maintained to avoid disease and environmental pollution. Actually, there have been prevention efforts to prevent problems regarding waste, starting from providing open trash bins if not cleaned it will cause odors as well as closed garbage bins are still not effective because people who want to dispose of garbage have to open the lid manually, especially if the trash bin is dirty people will reluctant to take out the trash. Therefore, a modified trash bin was created to produce a smart trash can to attract people who want to dispose of garbage. This tool uses a Raspberry pi pico as a controller, a PIR sensor as a detector of the presence of objects around the trash can, a servo motor to move the lid of the trash can, a buzzer as an indicator to determine the condition of the trash can and a fuzzy method to make the right decision for the distance to be determined by the user. ultrasonic to make the buzzer turn on.

Abstract

Saat ini, perkembangan teknologi mengalami perubahan begitu pesat. Teknologi diciptakan oleh manusia dengan cepat karena teknologi memudahkan pekerjaan manusia dalam berbagai bidang. Pengimplementasian Teknlogi Virtual dan Augmented Reality banyak di terapkan pada bidang Pendidikan dan Kesehatan karena dengan teknologi ini dapat membantu para mahasiswa kedokteran dalam mempelajari anatomi. Lembaga Sumbawa Academia Institute (SAI) berkolaborasi dengan Fakultas Rekayasa Sistem melaksanakan kegiatan Webinar untuk memberikan representasi terkait Teknologi Virtual Dan Augmented Reality Dalam Berbagai Bidang dan kemanfaatannya bagi Dosen, Mahasiswa, dan Umum. Kegiatan webinar diikuti oleh mahasiswa, dosen dan umum sejumlah 34 peserta. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan meningkatakan pengetahuan untuk memicu rasa keingintahuan peserta akan penerapan Teknologi Virtual dan Augmented Reality diberbagai bidang serta dapat di implementasikan pada Pendidikan dan kesehatan.
