Abstract

   Disaster management is a very important factor to reduce the impact of disaster events. This study aims to determine the preparedness of health workers in disaster management based on the characteristics, knowledge, attitudes and practices/previous experiences of health workers in disaster management. This type of research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in the Working Area of the Silih Nara Health Center, Central Aceh Regency in August 2021 with a population of 85 health workers and all of them were used as samples (total sampling). Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between age and knowledge and attitudes, while based on previous practice/experience there is no relationship; there is no relationship between gender and previous knowledge, attitude and practice/experience; there is a relationship between education and previous knowledge, attitudes and practices/experience; there is a long-standing relationship with knowledge but no long-standing relationship with previous attitudes and practices/experiences; there is a relationship between involvement in disaster response with previous knowledge, attitudes and practices/experiences; there is a relationship between disaster management training and previous attitudes and practices/experience, while disaster management training has no relationship with knowledge; There is a relationship between being included in the Rapid Action Team (TGC) with previous knowledge, attitudes and practices/experiences based on the preparedness of health workers in disaster management in the Work Area of the Silih Nara Health Center, Central Aceh Regency. The variable of disaster management training is the most dominant variable in the preparedness of health workers in disaster management in the Work Area of the Silih Nara Health Center, Central Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Continuous improvement of service quality is one of the important keys in facing the era of globalization which implies that services must be carried out according to standards and meet quality rules that are oriented to the interests of consumers. With these programs and facilities, it is hoped that the community will no longer be reluctant to seek treatment at the Puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the quality of health services on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Sei Mencirim Health Center.This research is a survey research, conducted at the Sei Mencirim Health Center. The population was all patients who were hospitalized at the Sei Menistrim Health Center in January-July 2021 totaling 74 people and the entire population was taken as a sample. Primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data in the form of inpatient data. The hypothesis was tested using the Multiple Regression test.Based on Bivariate analysis revealed that there was no effect of physical evidence on patient satisfaction. There is an effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on patient satisfaction.The most dominant variable affecting patient satisfaction is empathy.                Considering that empathy is the dominant variable affecting patient satisfaction, puskesmas need to improve quality individual service and patient family time for consultation is met.Keywords: Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Puskesmas Sei Mencirim

Abstract

The specific purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of risk factors (age, gender, body mass index, family history, history of knee injury, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, smoking, occupation and physical activity) in knee joint OA patients at the Orthopedic Home Clinic. Sick Bhayangkara TK. II Medan from February to June 2022. This study used an observational analytic method with a cross sectional study design. The study was carried out from February to August 2022. The population of this study were knee osteoarthritis patients who were treated at the Orthopedic Poly, Bhayangkara TK Hospital. II Medan totaled 127 people. The sample of this study was knee OA patients with inclusion criteria and willing to be included in the study. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained by the slovin formula was obtained as many as 56 respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between age and knee OA (p = 0.010), there was a relationship between gender and knee OA, there was a relationship between body mass index and knee OA (p = 0.027), there was a relationship between a history of knee injury and OA. knee, physical activity was p = 0.004 indicating that there was a relationship between physical activity and knee OA, there was no relationship between diabetes and knee OA (p = 0.279), there was no relationship between hypercholesterolemia and knee OA p = 0.107, there was no relationship between habit smoking with knee OA (p = 0.304), there is no significant relationship between work and knee OA p = 0.269. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the independent variables that influenced knee OA were age (p=0.015) and history of knee injury (p=0.001). The OR value for the age variable is 2.220, this indicates that the risk of knee OA in elderly patients (>45 years) is 2 times greater than in adolescent-adult patients (?45 years). While the OR value on the variable history of knee injury is 0.045. To the Community Further research is needed on other risk factors such as growth disorders (Perthes disease, CDH, CTEV) and multigravida, Further Research Further research is needed on risk factors and the degree of pain on the severity of knee OA based on radiological examination.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan penundaan pembayaran Klaim BPJS Kesehatan RSU Karya Husada Perdagangan, Kab. Simalungun tahun, 2022 Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSU Karya Husada Perdagangan, Kab. Simalungun, Waktu penelitian mulai dari 10 Oktober 2021 juli 2022. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan observasi terhadap satatus rekam medis pasien sebagai subyek penelitian. Hasil Penelitian terdapat ketidak tepatan pengisian rekam medis sebanyak 12, (5,6%) sedangkan Pengisian rekam medis yang tepat adalah sebanyak 202 ( 94,4%) berkas. terdapat ketepatan kode yang tidak tepat sebanyak 13, (6,1%) sedangkan Pengisian rekam medis yang tepat adalah sebanyak 201( 93,9%) berkas. ketepatan penunjang medis yang tidak tepat sebanyak 12, (5,6%) sedangkan Pengisian rekam medis yang tepat adalah sebanyak 202 ( 94,4%) berkas. alasan rawat inap tidak sesuai sebanyak 11 ( 5,1%) sedangkan alasan rawat inap yang sesuai adalah sebanyak 203(94,9%) berkas. ketepatan penunjang medis ang tidak sesuai sebanyak 10, (4.7%) sedangkan Pengisian rekam medis yang sesuai adalah sebanyak 204(95.3%) berkas. Kesimpulan, RS diharapkan perlu mengadakan pembimbingan dan arahan agar semua petugas lebih teliti dan disiplin dalam pengisian rekamm medis, penkodean, jeli melihat penunjang medis, memperhatikan pasien awal masuk rawat inap dan memperhatikan resume medis, agar klaim yang diajukan tidak di tunda pembayaranya.
