Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui karakteristik petani di Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Asahan. (2) Mengetahui atribut apakah yang paling dianggap penting oleh petani dalam memilih benih kelapa sawit. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuisioner dan observasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 orang ditentukan menggunakan Rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian ini adalah atribut yang paling berpengaruh pada Sikap Petani Kelapa Sawit Dalam Pembelian Bibit Kelapa Sawit adalah dimulai dari atribut Harga Jual, Merek, Mutu Bibit, Ketahanan terhadap Hama Dan Penyakit, Potensi produksi Dan Promosi.Kata kunci:Sikap, Atribut, Bibit ABSTRACTThis study aims to (1) determine the characteristics of farmers in Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency. (2) Knowing what attributes are most considered important by farmers in choosing oil palm seeds. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and observation. The number of samples in this study was 86 people determined using the Slovin formula. The results of this study are the attributes that have the most influence on the Attitude of Oil Palm Farmers in Purchasing Oil Palm Seeds, starting from the attributes of Selling Price, Brand, Seed Quality, Resistance to Pests and Diseases, Production Potential and Promotion.Keywords:Attitudes, Attributes, Seed

Abstract

Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu penghasil Sengon tertinggi di Jawa Barat. Sengon terkenal murah dan mudah digunakan sebagai kayu untuk industri hasil hutan. Hal ini membuatnya sangat cocok untuk dibudidayakan baik oleh perusahaan besar maupun perusahaan swasta. Bapak A adalah salah satu yang membudidayakan sengon pada pemilik usaha perorangan di Desa Jengkol Bojong Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor. Perkebunan ini sudah berjalan selama tiga tahun tetapi terlihat diameter kayu kecil sehingga jarak tanam antar tanaman terlalu rapat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan studi kelayakan usaha untuk budidaya tanaman sengon ini di perusahaan swasta milik Bapak A. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kelayakan dari aspek finansial, dan juga kepekaan terhadap penurunan harga output yang lebih rendah dan penurunan imbal hasil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari aspek finansial usaha ini layak untuk dilakukan. Dari segi sensitivitas, usaha ini layak untuk perubahan parameter tidak melebihi batas yang telah ditentukan. Kata kunci: Sengon log, Budidaya Sengon, Analisis Kelayakan, Analisis Sensitivitas. ABSTRACTBogor regency is one of the highest Sengon producers in west java. Sengon famous in its cheap and easy to use as a timber for the forest products industry. This makes it very suitable for cultivation by both large corporations and private firms. Mr A is one that cultivates sengon in individual business owners in the village of Bojong jengkol sub Ciampea Bogor regency. This farm has been running for three years but it looks small diameter timber resulting spacing between plants that are too close. Therefore, it is essential to make a  business feasibility study for the cultivation of this sengon in Mr A’s private firms . The purpose of this study was to identify the feasibility of financial and non financial aspects, and also sensitivity to the decline in output prices lower and yields decline. The results of this study indicate that from the financial aspect, this business is feasible to do. In terms of sensitivity, the business is feasible for parameter changes do not exceed a predetermined limit. Keywords: Sengon log, Sengon cultivation, Feasibility analysis, Sensitivity analysis.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Petani Kelapa Sawit Di Desa Lae Gecih Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Universitas Prima Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis tingkat pendapatan petani kelapa sawit di desa Lae Gecih Kecamatan Simpang Kanan, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil dan mengetahui apakah biaya produksi, luas lahan, dan harga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan petani kelapa sawit di desa Lae Gecih Kecamatan Simpang Kanan, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para Petani Kelapa Sawit Di Desa Lae Gecih Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Aceh Singkil yang berjumlah 210 KK.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 KK. Teknik pengambilan sampel responden dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling yang mengandung makna bahwa tiap elemen populasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama menjadi sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara kuesioner, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji F ( Uji simultan), uji t (uji parsial), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel biaya produksi, luas lahan dan modal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan petani kelapa sawit (melalui uji F).Dan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa variabel biaya produksi, luas lahan dan modak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan petani kelapa sawit sehingga hipotesis pada penelitiaan ini dapat diterima. Kata kunci: Biaya Produksi, Luas Lahan, Modal serta Pendapatan. ABSTRACT Factors Affecting the Income of Oil Palm Farmers in Lae Gecih Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The aim of the research is to analyze the income level of oil palm farmers in Lae Gecih Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil District and find out whether production costs, land area, and prices can affect the income level of oil palm farmers in Lae Gecih Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil District. The population in this study were oil palm farmers in Lae Gecih Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency, amounting to 210 families. The sample in this study was 68 families. The sampling technique of respondents was carried out using a simple random sampling technique which implies that each element of the population has the same opportunity to be a sample. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used is by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Test the quality of the data using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of production costs, land area and capital had a significant effect on the income variable of oil palm farmers (through the F test). And the results of the partial test (t test) show that the variables of production costs, land area and modal have a significant effect on the income variable of oil palm farmers so that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted.
