Abstract

Sebagian besar orang yang mengunjungi psikiater merasa canggung bahkan malu karena kuatnya stigma negatif dari masyarakat terhadap orang-orang yang berobat ke dokter jiwa. Masyarakat cendrung masih mempercayai gangguan jiwa adalah penyebab kurangnya iman atau masuknya roh halus ke dalam tubuh manusia yang lemah. Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang perancangan aplikasi untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam memahami serta mampu mengatasi kesehatan jiwasecara daring yang begitu informatif bersama psikolog maupun psikiater terpercaya. Dengan metode pengumpulan data dan analisa kebutuhan menghasilkan Aplikasi Konsultasi Online untuk Gangguan Jiwa berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan menggunakan metode black box aplikasi ini mempermudah penguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi serta memudahkan mencari informasi tentang kesehatan jiwa.

Abstract

Pada Dinas penanggulangan kebakaran dan penyelamatan kota administari Jakarta utara dalam pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar masih manual dengan dicatat ke dalam buku agenda yang mengakibatkan sulitnya dalam pencarian berkas surat. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membuat system pengarsiapan surat masuk dan surat keluar untuk memudahkan dalam pengarsipan surat dan pencarian surat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk pengembangan aplikasi metode yang dipakai menggunakan metode MDLC (Mobile Development Life Cycle). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah windows 10,sublime text 3, xampp control panel v3.2.2, viso 2016. Hasil dari aplikasi yang dibangun berdasarkan pengujian alpha adalah secara fungsionalitas mengeluarkan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan berdasarkan pengujian betha menurut responden, aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan dan berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

The Educational Assessment Center is a Government Agency under the Ministry of Education and Culture's Research and Development Agency. To carry out office activities, it is necessary to be supported by the availability of supplies to support these activities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management of state owned goods. Where the data processing is still done manually, that is, the demand for goods is done by filling out the paper form, so that the process of processing requires more time. Based on these problems an information system is needed. This information system is designed based on Object Oriented by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system modeling language to facilitate employees in processing data of State owned goods..

Abstract

This research is backed by customer loyalty to the point of sales service tends to decline due to the difficult marketing part of managing customer data manually in accepting and responding to questions related to Web application features and help with how to use them, as more and more customers become difficult to control and track in each issue. The subject in this study is the customer service Manager. Data source is selected using special criteria with the condition of user who experienced directly the event that became the focus of research, able to retell the events that have been experienced, and willing to be a research user who get the conclusion that it needs a system to manage customer data, conduct promotional activities and see the growth of customers online. The data collection techniques in this study use observation methods and library studies. From the results of the research that has been implemented to implement the results of the research into the loyalty program information system in the software product sales service at the point of sales of PT. XYZ in the form of a website to manage customer data by the marketing and Android applications section for customers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of utilization of disseminating information on tour packages on SATU BIRU Travel which has not been computerized. These constraints can make it difficult for consumers to find information on tour packages that have been made. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study. The method used to build this information system is the waterfall and object-oriented design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Black Box testing. The process in this study includes the process of managing tour packages, customer registration, customer status, financial income reports, implementation reports. The result of the research that will be implemented in the tour package management information system (the case study SATU BIRU Travel) is a system that can provide tour package information, customer registration, customer status, financial income reports, implementation reports, so that customers are expected to make it easier to order tour packages.
