Abstract

This research aims to find out how the impact of Covid-19 on the return of property and real estate sector shares is projected through differences in Return and Abnormal Return before and after the announcement of the first Covid-19 case in Indonesia. In this study used a type of secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In sampling using purposive sampling techniques that use certain criteria. The data analysis technique in this study uses several methods, namely one sample t-test, paired sample t-test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the announcement of the first Covid-19 case in Indonesia had an effect on stock returns and abnormal return of shares shown through significant differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the first Covid-19 case in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study to analyze and measure the influence of attractiveness, location, rates and time, electronic word of mouth, destination image as well as facilities and services on interest in visiting local tourist destinations in Generation Z, West Lampung district. The type of research used is quantitative research with explanatory research methods. The types and sources of data used are primary data, namely data collected and processed by themselves from the object. The population in this study was 200 people with the sample technique used was purposive random sampling using the slovin formula. Data were collected using a questionnaire method from 50 people as the sample in this study. The data techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS version 16 software program. These results indicate that the attractiveness variable, location, rates and time, electronic word of mouth as well as facilities and services have no significant effect on interest in visiting local tourist destinations. The destination image variable has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting local tourist destinations.Keywords: Local Tourist Destinations,  Visiting Interest, Generation Z Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur pengaruh daya tarik wisata, lokasi, tarif dan waktu, electronic word of mouth, citra destinasi serta fasilitas dan pelayanan terhadap minat berkunjung pada destinasi wisata lokal pada generasi Z kabupaten Lampung Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif metode explanatory research. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu data yang dikumpulkan dan diolah sendiri dari objeknya. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 orang dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode angket dari 50 orang sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program software SPSS versi 16. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel daya tarik, lokasi, tarif dan waktu, electronic word of mouth serta fasilitas dan pelayanan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada destinasi wisata lokal. Untuk variabel citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada destinasi wisata lokal.Kata Kunci:
