Abstract

AbstractPurpose – This study examined the role of MSMEs in encouraging the halal industry and aimed to determine the problems of MSMEs in supporting the halal industry in Lhokseumawe..Methodology - This study used primary data of qualitative study with descriptive data analysis from five interviewees as an owner of food and beverage MSMEs sector in Lhokseumawe-Aceh. The research method used is a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation, and data analysis techniques used in this study with data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and triangulation stages. Findings - The results showed that the role of MSMEs in encouraging the halal industry was relatively low due to the lack of knowledge and awareness of MSME actors in Lhokseumawe city about halal certification that provides services to MSMEs.Keywords: Islamic Economics, Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Halal Industry, Qualitative Method, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examined the factors that influence the Financing of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2013 to 2020. This study used secondary data and analyzed the data using the multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of Eviews 11. The results partially (t-test) indicated that Wadiah Current Account positively and significantly influenced Financing, Mudharabah Deposits negatively and significantly influenced Financing, Mudharabah Deposits positively and significantly influenced Financing, Cash positively and significantly influenced Financing. Simultaneously (f-test), Wadiah Current Account, Mudharabah Savings, Mudharabah Deposits, and Cash influenced Financing. Based on the determination test (R2), the value of Adjusted R-squared was 0.7522, which indicates that 75.22% of the dependent variable has a very significant relationship with the independent variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 24.78% was explained by other variables not included in this regression equation model.  Keywords: Wadiah Current Account, Mudharabah Savings, Mudharabah Deposits, Cash, And Financing.

Abstract

BSI is the largest Islamic bank in Indonesia as a result of the merger of three Islamic banks from the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), namely: PT Bank BRI Syariah (BRIS), PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), and PT Bank BNI Syariah (BNIS). The purpose of the merger of Islamic banks is to encourage larger Islamic banks so that they can enter the global market and become a catalyst for Islamic economic growth in Indonesia. Bank Indonesia as the authority has issued a regulation regarding the assessment of the soundness of banks through a circular letter of Bank Indonesia April 30, 2004 using the CAMEL method, using financial ratios. The object of this research is the Indonesian Islamic Bank for the 2021 period. The purpose of this study is to assess the soundness of the Indonesian Islamic Bank for the 2021 period using the CAMEL method. Bank Syariah Indonesia is expected to become an accelerator for the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2021 will get a healthy predicate.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulis ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi pekerja perempuan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga di Desa Ruseb Ara, Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen dan pandangan mazhab syafi'iyah terhadap status hukum dan syarat perempuan bekerja. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dilapangan dan dokumentasi.. Sedangkan penguji keabsahan data mengunakan triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja perempuan sangat membantu kondisi perekonomian keluarga dan perempuan yang bekerja di Desa Ruseb Ara secara umum sudah sesuai dengan hukum dan syarat perempuan yang bekerja menurut pandangan mazhab syafi’iyah, Namun masih terdapat perempuan yang bekerja di luar rumah masih belum sepenuhnya memenuhi salah satu syarat pandangan mazhab syafi’iyah yaitu menutupi aurat dan perlu di perbaiki, dimana perempuan yang bekerja diluar rumah harus menutupi seluruh aurat kecuali wajah dan telapak tangan yang boleh dibukakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of soundness of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia using the Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method or better known as RGEC method, including the Risk Profile, Acquisition and Capital of BUS in Indonesia 2015-2020. this type.This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach.The research results show that, the average BUS NPF ratio for 2015-2020 is 3.99%, indicating that BUS are in the healthy category. The smaller the NPF, the healthier the bank. The average ROA ratio for BUS 2015-2020 is 1.03%, shows that BUS is in a fairly healthy predicate. The greater the ROA, the healthier the bank.And the average 2015-2020 CAR ratio of 18.73% shows that BUS are in very healthy condition. predicate. The greater the CAR, the healthier the bank. This fact shows that the performance of BUS in’ Indonesia need to be improved so that the profit (ROA) is maximized. This study aims to determine the soundness of Bank BCA Syariah for the 2016- 2020 period in terms of each RGEC aspect (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study comes from the Annual Report of Bank BCA Syariah from 2016-2020. Data analysis was performed by assessing the ratio rating of each RGEC aspect (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital). The results of further research will be calculated to obtain the RGEC composite value. The results showed that the health level of Bank BCA Syariah for the 2016-2020 period in terms of the Risk Profile aspect was ranked 2nd in the "Healthy" category.

Abstract

This research is a research using descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. This research was conducted to find out how public perceptions are in making decisions on purchasing halal products. The research location was conducted in the city of Lhokseumawe. The population in this study is the people in Lhokseumawe City, while the number of successful samples is 117 responses using purposive sampling method. From the number of questionnaires distributed, there were 130. The criteria used as a benchmark in this study were respondents from Lhokseumawe society, adolescents and adults. The results of this study showed that the percentage of people's understanding of the consumption of halal products was higher compared to people who lacked understanding and did not understand, showing a small percentage

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of profitability, solvency, liquidity and growth on the ratings of sharia bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and assessed by PT Pefindo. The population of this study consists of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. This study uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques in the form of ordinal logistic regression using SPSS 23. The results show that profitability ratios have a significant positive effect on sharia bond ratings, while liquidity ratios have a significant negative effect. However, the solvency and growth ratios have no effect on sharia bond ratings.

Abstract

The author conducted this research at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk. In this study the aim was to determine the performance of sharia-based finance in improving company performance (a case study on Islamic Indonesian people's banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange , the type of data used is secondary data , data collection techniques used are data analysis techniques and quantitative descriptive methods.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia is developing very quickly by offering a variety of products that are different from conventional banking. The mainstay product from Bank Syariah Indonesia which is in great demand by customers, namely murabaha financing contracts. Murabahah is an activity of selling goods at a selling price of the acquisition price plus the agreed profit and the seller must disclose the acquisition price of the goods to the buyer. Murabahah transactions must comply with PSAK No. 102, because it serves as a guide in the process of recognizing, measuring, disclosing and presenting financial statements. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the application of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia with PSAK 102. The data source used in this research is secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through books, citations, articles, journals as well as financial reports and annual reports of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. Data analysis in this study is using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that the application of sharia accounting based on PSAK 102 on murabaha financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia is fully in accordance with PSAK (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) 102 when recognizing and measuring, presenting and disclosing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Profitability (ROA) strengthens/weakens the influence of CAR, NPL, LDR, SIZE on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are all private banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on these provisions, the population of this study is 35 Private Banks. The companies selected as samples are 33 private companies. With the results CAR has a significant effect on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX. NPL does not have a significant effect on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX. LDR has a significant effect on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX. SIZE has a significant effect on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX. Profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX. Profitability (ROA) cannot moderate the effect of CAR on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX in this study, including in the Moderation Predictor (Predictor Moderation). Profitability (ROA) can moderate the effect of NPL on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX in this study, including in Quasi Moderation. Profitability (ROA) can moderate the effect of LDR on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX in this study, including in Quasi Moderation, Profitability (ROA) can moderate the effect of SIZE on financial distress in Private Banking Companies listed on the IDX in this study, including in Quasi Moderation.
