Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali apakah pemasukan kios, harga serta modal mempengaruhi terhadap pasar modern. Ada pula variabel yang digunakan merupakan pemasukan, harga, serta modal selaku variabel leluasa setelah itu pasar modern selaku variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang di dapatkan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kemudian alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda  dengan bantuan software  SPSS- 20. Hasil membuktikan kalau secara parsial variabel pemasukan mempengaruhi positif serta tidak signifikan terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate, sedangkan harga pula mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate, sebaliknya modal pula mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate. Dan jika dilihat secara simultan variabel pendapatan, harga, dan modal memiliki pengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate.

Abstract

The availability of village maps contained in the village, Tacim, Susupu village, Ropu Tengah Balu village, Lako Akelamo village and Lako Akediri village that are valid and reliable is the forerunner of the determination of village boundaries at the level above it, and is a fundamental database in realizing village development goals. The purpose of devotion; providing understanding and training to the village government, the importance of village maps, for making village policies and planning by looking at data or maps for the progress of the village. The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training. The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. To advance the village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the village government, so that there are adequate human resources to promote the village, the village government through the village kepala must conduct trainings to village officials, to the community and youth shops.

Abstract

Negative impacts on the environment arise when human consumption and production increase. Efforts to achieve sustainable consumption and production patterns must align with the objectives of the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), especially point 12 of the 17 SDGs, namely Responsible Consumption and Production. Ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns. CSR programs can be a source and potential to support achieving these goals. This study will explore, dissect, and provide offers on PT Nusa Halmahera Mineral's CSR program, which is seen from the side of its program, which is already in line with supporting the implementation of the 12th Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs-12). One of the CSR programs that can adopt a community development approach in realizing SDGs-12 is the organic and non-organic waste management program. Effective and efficient waste processing can reduce the amount of waste produced and the negative impact of waste on the environment and human health. This type of research is qualitative research using primary and secondary data. The analysis was conducted by reviewing and comparing previous studies on the relationship between SDGs and community development in CSR, as well as the approaches and methods that corporate CSR can apply for waste management.
