Abstract

The purposed of this studyis to examine the effect of service quality, product quality through customer satisfaction to customer loyalty in Jamoo restaurant in Surabaya. In this study two independent variables assessed to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty as the dependent variable. This study uses SEM analysis to analyze service quality, product quality through customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. While the sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method, so that the sample used in this study were 150 respondents. The conclusion of this study is that ssignificant effect on service quality and customer satisfaction, while product quality have no significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction have significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality through customer satisfaction can affect customer loyalty. Product quality through customer satisfaction can affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

Soybean  is a staple commodities agricultural in Indonesia, but the production of soybean in Indonesia is still low due to the attacks of disease caused by infection of CpMMV. This research was conducted to study anatomical characteristics of the 10 soybean  linesto CpMMV and two superior varieties. The research was conducted atJambegede Research Station, Indonesian Legume and Tuber Crops Research Institute, Malang andlaboratory of genetics, State University of Malang  to observe the anatomy of leaf include the length, width, and number of stomata and the length and number of trikoma. The test was analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Results of the analysis showed significance > α (0.05) on each character, this indicates there is no difference in the character of both stomata and trikoma on 10 soybeanslines to CpMMVand two varieties superior.Kata kunci: Anatomi, kedelai, CpMMV

Abstract

In the industrial world, to extend the service life of materials, protection methods are carried out to slow down the material's corrosion rate. The protection method that is often used is the coating method. The coating method is a protection method by coating the substrate material using a coating material to prevent contact between the substrate material and the environment. In this research, the substrate material used is ASTM A36 steel and the coating material used is Surface Tolerant Epoxy paint. The independent variable used in this study lies in the surface preparation method which consists of: solvent cleaning, hand tool cleaning, power tool cleaning, power tool to bare metal cleaning, and abrasive blast cleaning. Different preparation methods result in different roughness and cleanliness of the surface. This can affect changes in the mechanical properties of the coating material, such as corrosion resistance and adhesion strength. Based on the corrosion resistance test, it is found that the abrasive blast cleaning and power tool to bare metal cleaning methods produce the highest corrosion resistance properties because both have a rating number of 8 in the salt spray test results. Based on the adhesion strength test, it is found that the abrasive blast cleaning method also produces the highest adhesion strength. This conclusion refers to the results of the tape x-cut test where the sample produces a rating number 5A where the sample does not experience peeling after testing. In addition, the abrasive blast cleaning method produced the highest adhesion strength in the pull-off test, which was 7.16 Mpa. Thus, the abrasive blast cleaning method is the most effective surface preparation method for ASTM A36 steel before being coated with the coating material. In addition, it can also be concluded that the higher the surface roughness of the sample, the better the corrosion resistance and adhesion strength.

Abstract

Colorectal or rectal cancer is cancer that grows and develops in the rectum or what is better known among the public as the large intestine or rectum. Studies conducted so far have provided evidence that rectal cancer sufferers are increasing every year. However, although there has been several studies on rectal cancer in Indonesia, including in the Makassar region, there are still significant knowledge gaps that need to be filled. Quantitative research method with a literature review approach. The results and conclusions of research found from 20 journals or articles show that the characteristics of rectal cancer patients can be categorized as age, gender, lifestyle and management.
