Abstract

Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi reservasi online pada VIP Enterprise Malang sudah berjalan dengan baik. Namun masih ada kekurangan pada saat sistem tersebut sudah diterapkan di perusahaan. Kesalahan pada output sistem masih banyak ditemukan. Kesalahan ini yang membuat sistem informasi reservasi online ini belum berjalan efektif. Kata kunci : sistem informasi, reservasi online Abstract The results of  the analysis carried out showed that the online reservation system implementation information on VIP Enterprise Malang has been going well. But there are still shortcomings in the systems have been implemented in the company. Error at the output of the system is still found. This error makes the online reservation information system has not been effective. Keywords: Information Systems, Online Reservation
