Abstract

Rejeki Glass Shop is one of the stores located in Jl . P.B. Sudirman 186 , Banyuwangi . Rejeki Glass Shop is a store that sells one of the important ingredients in the construction of a building is glass . Glass itself is very diverse , ranging from kind to the thickness of the glass .The problem arises when the order of glass pieces found in large numbers . Order in bulk piece of glass is glass for the windows of the building or the tank . In the cutting process , often resulting inaccuracy in analyzing the pattern. As a result the rest of the glass produced less minimal . It can only be known when calculating and describing the specific , from the patterns to be cut . After the comparison is known that there ineffective and inefficiencies cutting . Problems like this are often referred to as the cutting stock problem .Design Applications Cutting Stock Optimization Methods Integer Linear Programming In Rejeki Glass Shop, is expected to improve the cutting process becomes more effective and efficient . Effective question is about maximizing the broad field of glass , so it can be used optimally. Efficient question is the reduction in material costs that arise from the rest of the glass is wasted

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 selama tahun 2020 membuat capaian peserta khusus segmen Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) mengalami penurunan, khususnya di kantor cabang Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan metode Lean Six Sigma dalam proses rekrutmen badan usaha di Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan penelitian kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengamatan atau observasi, hasil wawancara, hasil pemotretan dilapangan, analisa dokumen dan catatan atau laporan dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif bersifat induktif, Metode Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control (DMAIC) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil penerapan metode Lean Six Sigma dapat meningkatkan proses kegiatan rekrutmen peserta. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa metode DMAIC terbukti dapat meringkas proses dan meningkatkan capaian peserta melalui telemarketing sebanyak 5.962 peserta. Penelitian ini selanjutnya diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan capaian kerja di bidang lainnya seperti kepesertaan, SDM umum dan pelayanan faskes.

Abstract

Tax services play a crucial role in influencing taxpayer satisfaction. However, the service provided by the tax authorities at the West Bekasi Pratama Tax Service Office has not reached its maximum potential, resulting in suboptimal levels of taxpayer satisfaction. To address the issue, the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) collaborates with Tax Centers in various universities, including the Tax Center at STIAMI Institute, through the Tax Volunteer Program. This study aims to analyze the role of tax volunteers in enhancing tax services at the West Bekasi Pratama Tax Service Office and identify the obstacles and solutions in the tax volunteer assistance. The theoretical framework used is Levinson’s theory of roles. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, specifically descriptive research. The data used in this study consists of primary data obtained through informant interviews, as well as secondary data. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that the role of tax volunteers in improving tax services is quite optimal, as taxpayers express satisfaction with the assistance provided by tax volunteers in completing their Annual Individual Tax Returns (SPT). As a result, taxpayer satisfaction with the services has increased to 91.11%. However, several obstacles exist in the implementation of the tax volunteer program, including conflicting schedules, insufficient taxpayer knowledge, some tax volunteers lacking competence, limited human resources for EFIN creation, absence of queue numbers, and occasional server downtime.
