Abstract

Pelanggaran lalu lintas melawan arah, melanggar lampu lalu lintas, dan melebihi batas kecepatan menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas.

Abstract

The success of rehabilitation can be seen based on the length of treatment carried out by narcotics abusers. Institusi Penerima Wajib Lapor (IPWL) of the BNN DKI Jakarta area, as an outpatient rehabilitation service provider, has a fairly low treatment completion rate, namely 65% for male clients and 46% for female clients. The client's presence in rehabilitation is inseparable from the client's health behavior which is influenced by predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors. The existence of differences in the characteristics of drug abuse between men and women can also affect the behavior of clients. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of clients in running an outpatient rehabilitation program. A mixed-methods approach was used in this study. The quantitative approach was carried out using a questionnaire with the method of factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of 79 clients who became the research sample. The qualitative approach was carried out using in-depth interviews with 9 informants consisting of clients and rehabilitation officers. The results showed that there was a significant influence between behavioral factors on client attendance. Of the 3 variables formed, family support has a significant influence on client attendance in outpatient rehabilitation services. In addition, regarding the differences in rehabilitation approaches between male and female clients, a rehabilitation program that is sensitive to women needs to be developed. The results of this study can be used by policy makers in improving the quality of outpatient rehabilitation services. Abstract

Terrorism is a type of crime that cannot be classified as an ordinary crime. The threat of terrorism is not only a problem for a particular country or region, but a global threat. The police as part of law enforcement agencies, are responsible for maintaining security, order, providing comfort, and protection to the community in accordance with Law (UU) Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police through community policing. This research uses qualitative research methods, observation techniques and library studies. In addition to observation which is the primary data collection technique, researchers also use secondary data collection techniques using library studies. The role of Bhabinkamtibmas in preventing terrorism through the Community Policing approach makes the right contribution. By building a close and trusting relationship with the community, Bhabinkamtibmas creates an environment where people feel comfortable to report suspicious activities and actively participate in prevention efforts.

Abstract

Corporations also play an important role in the flow of change and growth in the world economy. The existence of corporations is also related to control of natural resources and global finance However, it is not uncommon for corporations in their activities to commit deviant acts or crimes with various modus operandi. Crimes committed by corporations are often called corporate crimes. This research paper discusses one case of corporate crime that occurred in Indonesia. This is because the problem of corporate crime has recently become more common. One of them is related to a corruption case at the Bakamla, related to the procurement of satellites and drones involving PT Merial Esa. The verdict determined that PT Merial Esa was found guilty of breaching Article 5, paragraph (1), letter b of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes, as amended by Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 of 2001, alongside violations of Article 55, paragraph (1), along with Article 64, paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. In addition to the penalties, PT Merial Esa has been fined IDR 200 million and ordered to pay an additional compensation of IDR 126 billion. A significant challenge in addressing this matter has been the presence of an individual whose role remains unclear; their whereabouts are unknown, yet they are believed to be pivotal in illuminating this case. Moreover, the involvement of military personnel complicates matters further, as such cases necessitate specialized handling due to their unique regulations.
