Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to find out the ability of rhizobacteria as a biostimulant in increasing the growth of rice plants as well as to get the right type of Rhizobacteria for rice plant growth this research was conducted in October 2020 until January 2021 at the agrotechnology laboratory end screen house of the faculty of agriculture, musamus university this study used a Randomized Design Group (RAK) consisting of four treatments end one control, Providencia vermicular, Myroides Adoratimimus, Serratia marcescent, Myrodes ordoratimus, The treatment was repeated 5 times so that 25 pots of experiments were obtained The treatment of rhizobacteria affects, plant height, rice root lengh end dry weight of roots. But it has no real effect on, the number of tillers, the number of panicles, and productive tillers. Rhizobacteria treatment is best for rice plant growth (Oryza sativa L).is Providencia vermiicoala.In Duncan’s Multiple Range (DMRT) test at 5% Keywords : rhizobacteria growth, Oryza Sativa L.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of the composition of the growing media on the growth and production of turmeric plants and to obtain the correct composition of the growing media for the growth and production of turmeric plants. This research was carried out at the screenhouse and in the laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Musamus Merauke, from September 2021 to February 2022. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of three treatments and one control, 100 % soil, 25% soil + 75% sand, 25% soil + 75% husk, 25% soil + 75% saw dregs. The treatment was repeated six (6) times, and each replication contained three samples, and 72 experimental samples were obtained. Planting media treatment significantly affected plant height, number of tillers, number of leaves, the weight of wet stover, weight of wet rhizome rhizome, dry rhizome weight, and rhizome moisture content. The best growing media treatment for the growth and production of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) was 25% soil + 75% husk. Keywords: turmeric, growing media, growth.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the effect of npk phonska fertilizer and cow manure on the growth and yield of eggplant plants (Solanum melongena L.). This study was carried out for 3 months, namely in March 2021 to June 2021 in Kamundu Village, Merauke Regency, using a random group design (RAK) with 7 treatments, 3 repetitions and 2 fertilizations. The results showed that the provision of NPK Phonska fertilizer had a real influence on plant height at the age of 7 DAP and 14 DAP, and on observations of the number of branches at the age of 21 DAP and 28 DAP. From the various treatments of NPK Phonska fertilizer and cow pen fertilizer, it can be seen that the number of fruits in the fertilization treatment of phonska is 100 kg / ha (E), fertilizing phonska 150 kg / ha (F), and fertilizing phonska 200 kg / ha (G) is above the average value with consecutive results of 11.21 fruits/plants, 12.54 fruits/plants, and 13.75 pieces/plants: while production that is above the average value is in the treatment of fertilizing phonska 150 kg/ha (F), and fertilizing phonska 200 kg/ha (G) with an average yield of 4.74 kg/plant and 5.57 kg/plant.
