Abstract

In the effort improving officer productivity in office environment needed a effective coordination. This matter constitute the writer opinion that management function require to be in office environment in execution of bureaucrat duty give the service for public effectively and efficient. Mount the effectiveness work posed at with the productivity shall get the attention which more than the whole element of company operational. Therefore system perfection co-ordinate expected able to make the effectiveness storey;level work the employees become high. Element supporting effectiveness from the aspect of target attainment not considering target, organizational, but also its mechanism maintain the x'self and target management.This Research finds to: 1) To find answers to problems which writer open previously 2) To prove the truth of research hypothesis formulated.Pursuant to  result analyse the data obtained by a the following result 1) Relation co-ordinate with the work productivity officer at Office of Sub-Regency of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara very weak 2) Effective coordination happened officer storey, level in informal atmosphere, with the subordinate take place less be effective caused less konsisitennya head in programs work

Abstract

ABSTRACT Achievement of organizational goals is influenced by its employees. Employees should be given the motivation to work more diligently in order to produce a performance that is consistent with the objectives of the organization. Besides motivation, human resources plays a very important in an organization. For that I am keen to take the title Motivation Influence of Human Resources and Quality Companion Program Performance Against Family Hope Ministry of Social Affairs in East Lampung regency.This study aims to identify and explain 1) Effect of Motivation on Performance Companion Social Ministry of the Family Hope Program In East Lampung district ". 2) Effect of Human Resource Quality Companion Program Performance Against Family Hope Ministry of Social Affairs in East Lampung district ". 3) Motivation Influence of Human Resources and Quality Companion Program Performance Against Family Hope Ministry of Social Affairs in East Lampung regency. Methods of data collection in this study using observations, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using a qualitative analysis performed using the analysis tables while quantitative analysis is based on primary data obtained from questionnaires to the respondent, then the result of the respondents' answers are calculated by linear regression formula.Based on the research it is known that a significant effect Motivation Performance Against Companion Social Ministry of the Family Hope Program In East Lampung regency. Quality Human Resources Assistants have a significant effect on Performance of Social Ministry of the Family Hope Program In East Lampung regency. Motivation and Quality of Human Resources Assistants have a significant effect on Performance of Social Ministry of the Family Hope Program In East Lampung regency. The amount of influence motivation and quality of human resources to employee performance is 70.1%. The magnitude of these effects show that the contribution of motivation and the quality of human resources to employee performance is positive meaning that if the motivation and human resources be increased to better, it will improve the performance of staff and vice versa if a decreased motivation factors and human resources, there will be a decline in performance employees. Keywords: Motivation, Human Resources, employee performance.

Abstract

The proliferation of businesses in the culinary sector and the increasing number of processed fishery products simultaneously increase the burden of organic waste resulting from community business activities in the Pattingalloang sub-district.  One of the efforts made is need to develop  Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs ) that are able to manage fishery by-products into products with high selling value and high nutrition. This activity was carried out in the Pattingalloang sub-district involving the Srikandi Group assisted by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Makassar. The method used was to provide product making training for women who are members of The Srikandi Group which was then carried out pre and post tests, apart from that, proximate testing was also carried out to ensure that The resulting products have good quality and nutritional content. The results of this activity were able to increase mothers' knowledge regarding the management of fishery by-products and produce fried meatball products from shrimp shells with a calcium content of 679.35 µg/g per 100 grams.

Abstract

Education is a pillar in life. Education can be pursued both academically and non-academically. Motivation is a basic human drive that drives behavior so that is influences the student learning process. Stress occurs there is a discrepeancy between expectations and reality that effects student in learning. Whereas Self-Reward is behavior that results from actions such as when a student has finished learning in college academic environment. The problem that will be examined is how the influence of motivation, stress, and student self-rewards on learning Blended Method on tertiary institutions. The purpose of this study is to examine how Motivation, Stress, and Self-Reward as mediation of Blended Learning in Higher Education students in Salatiga Town. The important thing from this research is that it can expedite the college’s activities in facing the new normal order after the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia. This research was conducted on active students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi AMA Salatiga, based on a population of 1.253 students. Sampling in this study using data collection through a questionnaire. This research is a quantitative, qualitative and descriptive research using survey and literature methods. Abstract

UMKM Berkah Setia in Kadirejo Village is one of the potential UMKM in the area. However, these UMKM still use conventional buying and selling systems and endtrust their product to UMKM centers and souvenir centers. Due to limited capabilities, until now this UMKM product has not been widely known because it has utilized digital technology such as the marketplace as a promotional medium and place for buying and selling. In this service acticity, there are the introduction and assistance of the adoption of E-commerce in the form of the Shopee application media for UMKM Berkah Setia herbal drink. It is hoped that knowledge can increase sales for UMKM owners. The aim of this service activity is not only to introduce the UMKM marketplace, but also to assist in the management of the marketplace so that UMKM income experiences an increase in sales activities. The methods used in this service process are discussion, tutorial, mentoring, and aseesment and evaluation methods. The result from this method show that UMKM actors gain knowledge about creating an account, the process when goods are ordered until they reach the buyer, and UMKM actors gain skills in managing their Shopee accounts

Abstract

Competition in the Event Organizer (EO) and Wedding Organizer (WO) businesses in Surabaya and its surroundings is increasing, so it is important to pay attention to consumers to stay loyal to the business. Mahar Agung Organizer, who is one of the EOs and WOs in Surabaya, found a problem phenomenon regarding the significant decline in the number of clients from 2018-2020. This indicates that consumer loyalty and brand choices from consumers towards EO services, especially at Mahar Agung Organizer, have also decreased. This study aims to examine and analyze consumer satisfaction and brand choice on consumer loyalty at Mahar Agung Organizer. This research approach is in the type of quantitative research with simple random sampling totaling 75 samples from the Mahar Agung Organizer customer population for the period 2018-2019, amounting to 300 customers. The method of data collection by distributing online questionnaires was measured using a Likert scale. The research data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study found that, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty at Mahar Agung Organizer and Brand Choice has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty at Mahar Agung Organizer.
