Abstract

This literature review reveals the important role of cultural values and indigenous knowledge of local people (Indigenous people) in sustainable development and human resource development for resource advantage. Each community has developed complex practices to protect and manage its natural resources and ecosystems. The knowledge of indigenous people has been used and developed for thousands of years to carry out productive businesses and ways of organizing in the social structure of their communities. Cultural values and indigenous knowledge or local wisdom are social capital as the embodiment of traditional cultural elements that are deeply rooted, inhuman, and community life related to human resources, cultural resources, economy, security, and law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and training on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia with career path as an intervening variable. In this study, the population taken were employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia. The sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. This study used as many as 50 samples. The researcher applies the SmartPLS data analysis technique. After the research results are obtained, it can be seen that competence affects performance, training affects performance, career path affects performance, competence affects career path, training affects career path, career path has a weak influence on performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a study on optimizing work performance on the work team forland development projects at PT PANARUB INDUSTRY in Brebes, Central Java, usingthe CPM and PERT methods. Significant delays in project completion become the basisfor testing all project activities starting from planning through work breakdownstructures, determining duration, interrelationships between activities and conductingstandard deviation tests using a normal distribution table to determine the probability ofproject completion by crashing which is the responsibility of full responsibility of theproject implementation team led by the Project Manager. The results of the threescheduling studies, namely scheduling according to the initial time of the project durationplanning according to the CPM and PERT methods can cut work time significantly so thatit has an impact on the work performance of the project team. The CPM and PERTmethods really help the project team's performance, especially in accelerating theoptimization of time and cost efficiency, and the actions taken are based on accuratecalculations.
