Abstract

This work discusses the development of information technology service management using cloud computing approach to improve the performance of administration system and online learning at STMIK IBBI Medan, Indonesia. The network topology is modeled and simulated for system administration and online learning. The same network topology is developed in cloud computing using Amazon AWS architecture. The model is designed and modeled using Riverbed Academic Edition Modeler to obtain values of the parameters: delay, load, CPU utilization, and throughput. The simu- lation results are the following. For network topology 1, without cloud computing, the average delay is 54  ms, load 110 000 bits/s, CPU utilization 1.1%, and throughput 440  bits/s.  With  cloud  computing,  the  average  delay  is 45 ms,  load  2 800  bits/s,  CPU  utilization  0.03%,  and throughput 540 bits/s. For network topology 2, without cloud computing, the average delay is 39  ms, load 3 500 bits/s, CPU utilization 0.02%, and throughput database server 1 400 bits/s. With cloud computing, the average delay is 26 ms, load 5 400 bits/s, CPU utilization email server 0.0001%, FTP server 0.001%, HTTP server 0.0002%, throughput email server 85 bits/s, FTP    server 100 bits/sec, and HTTP server 95  bits/s.  Thus,  the  delay, the load, and the CPU utilization decrease; but,  the throughput increases. Information technology service management with cloud computing approach has better performance.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country located in an area crossed by the equator and only knows the summer and rainy seasons. Between these seasons there is a transition season. Throughout the year Indonesia experiences the heat of the sun and on some islands the exposure to sunlight is greater. This can accelerate the process of skin aging or skin aging which is usually characterized by wrinkles, the appearance of black spots or lentigo, the skin becomes dry and other signs.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah membawa inovasi signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk perawatan kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan AI dalam mengenali pelembab yang sesuai untuk jenis kulit manusia tertentu. Dengan memanfaatkan algoritma machine learning dan analisis data, sistem AI dapat menganalisis karakteristik kulit seperti tingkat kelembapan, sensitivitas, dan jenis kulit (normal, kering, berminyak, atau kombinasi). Data ini kemudian diproses untuk memberikan rekomendasi produk pelembab yang paling sesuai. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui aplikasi atau perangkat berbasis AI, pelatihan model dengan dataset kulit manusia, dan validasi hasil melalui uji coba pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang akurat dan personalisasi, meningkatkan efektivitas perawatan kulit. Penerapan AI dalam skincare tidak hanya memudahkan konsumen dalam memilih produk yang tepat, tetapi juga membuka peluang bagi industri kecantikan untuk mengembangkan solusi yang lebih inovatif dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan untuk pengembangan teknologi AI yang lebih canggih dalam bidang perawatan kulit di masa depan.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially in the field of information and communication, are growing rapidly, including multimedia. This requires educational institutions to develop information media that is appropriate to these developments. Due to the urgent need for more effective and attractive promotions for prospective students, audio-visual media has become an interactive choice and is easily accepted by the public. Wesley Elementary School, to obtain accurate information. The method used by researchers is the Waterfall method. The specifications of the Waterfall method in software or website development include various elements that regulate how the project is carried out from start to finish. At the system analysis stage, an analysis of a system that is currently running at Wesley Elementary School will be carried out to find out existing problems, then plans and solutions will be prepared to solve problems in designing a more effective and efficient system. Then the results will create a school website that is can be accessed by other people. The information system is designed to provide information easily, quickly and accurately so that outsiders can get information. This website profile can help the general public to get wider information about Wesley Elementary School without having to visit the school. It is hoped that future researchers can develop the user interface so that the appearance of the designed web profile can be more attractive and of better quality. In the future, a more updated UI/UX can be developed.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Kitchen Phase 17, a culinary business located in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The aim of this research is to create a web profile for Kitchen Phase 17, incorporating multimedia elements such as a profile video, to improve the delivery of information. The research utilized the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method, with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and literature review. The design process of the multimedia web profile consisted of several stages: system planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. The goal is that this website will help Kitchen Phase 17 effectively present information about its profile, food and beverage menus, and allow visitors easy access to view the offerings. Furthermore, the website will resolve current challenges in promoting and communicating information, ultimately broadening the scope and efficiency of information dissemination.

Abstract

Market 3 Mini Medical Pharmacy is a business that offers medication and medical device sales services. Currently, the pharmacy operates with a conventional system, requiring customers to visit in person for transactions. By implementing a web-based sales system, Mini Medical Pharmacy aims to provide greater convenience, especially for purchasing the necessary medications. The development of this system is carried out using Visual Studio Code as the development tool, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The system development follows the Agile Development methodology, with data collection methods including interviews, observation, and literature review.

Abstract

Algoritma kriptografi tradisional tidak dapat menguraikan plaintext (pesan) menjadi beberapa ciphertext karena algoritma kriptografi tradisional hanya dapat menghasilkan ciphertext dari plaintext (pesan). Protokol secret sharing adalah suatu metode untuk membagikan atau membagi pesan rahasia (secret) kepada 2 (dua) atau lebih penerima sedemikian rupa sehingga penerima rahasia tidak dapat mengetahui hasil dari penggalan pesan (share) kecuali masing-masing penerima saling bertukar bagian untuk merekonstruksi. rahasia. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah pada saat pertukaran share, pihak lain mengetahui bagian share, sehingga pihak tersebut dapat merekonstruksi secret juga. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penerima harus memiliki kunci lengkap dan membagikannya agar dapat dibaca, misalnya pesan terenkripsi. Penelitian ini menganalisis keamanan pengiriman rahasia yang dikombinasikan dengan secret sharing.

Abstract

Pasar mobil bekas adalah salah satu sektor yang terus berkembang dan memiliki dinamika harga yang sangat variatif. Berbagai faktor mempengaruhi penentuan harga mobil bekas, salah satunya adalah tahun perakitan. Dengan bantuan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence, AI), prediksi harga mobil bekas menjadi lebih akurat dan efisien, memberikan keuntungan bagi penjual dan pembeli dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih baik. Jurnal ini akan membahas bagaimana AI dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi harga mobil bekas berdasarkan tahun perakitan, termasuk metodologi yang digunakan dan tantangan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan pembuatan slide presentasi di kalangan pemuda-pemudi Gereja Pentakosta Sion Indonesia (GPSI) Wilayah Medan Utara, sebuah pelatihan menggunakan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) melalui ChatGPT 4 telah diadakan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan kemampuan mengintegrasikan teknologi terkini dalam desain presentasi yang efektif dan menarik. Abstrak ini mendeskripsikan tujuan pelatihan, metodologi yang digunakan, hasil yang dicapai, serta implikasi praktis dan rekomendasi untuk penggunaan AI dalam pembuatan materi presentasi.
