Abstract

Kyai's leadership in Islamic boarding schools as the holder of full authority over all policies in managing Islamic boarding schools. The process of organizing education in Islamic boarding schools runs according to and in line with efforts to achieve effective and efficient educational goals. The progress and retreat of Islamic boarding schools cannot be separated from the leadership of the boarding school leaders themselves. The effectiveness of the leadership of Islamic boarding school leaders is one of the factors that determine the success of Islamic boarding schools, which is the desire of every community that is very concerned about the quality and quantity of output from the resulting Islamic boarding school educational institutions. This research is a literature study that examines various sources on interpersonal communication and the effectiveness of ulama leadership in Islamic boarding schools. The results of the literacy studies conducted indicate that the interpersonal communication skills of ulama have an influence on the effectiveness of leadership in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di Kecamatan Cigugur Kabupaten Kuningan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan di bidang Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di era globalisasi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi identifikasi peserta dan target sasaran, persiapan alat dan pemberian materi bagi peserta sasaran, Pendampingan mengoperasikan Aplikasi/Software Canva untuk membuat worksheet dengan mudah, mengoperasikan aplikasi power point dan membuat record video dan audio, mengenal dan membuat Zoom Meeting dan mengaplikasikannya. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Se-Kecamatan Cigugur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peserta sebanyak 16 orang guru mampu menerima materi tentang Software/Aplikasi Canva beserta fungsi-fungsinya, mengoperasikan power point, merecord Video dan Audio, mengenal dan membuat akun Zoom meeting beserta pengoperasikannya. Selain itu diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, 16 orang guru mampu menerapkan dan bisa memberikan motivasi kepada guru lain untuk memanfaatkan ICT dalam pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) .
