Abstract

Pemerintah kabupaten Bekasi akan menjalin kerja sama jangka panjang dengan Kemenkominfo untuk pembangunan juga pusat data di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi, bahkan Pusat data nasional akan dibangun menjadi pusat data terbesar berskala internasional yang akan menyatukan 20.000 tenaga kerja yang menyediakan bantuan untuk pengoperasiannya. Desa Sukadaya merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sukawangi, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penduduk desa Sukadaya umumnya bergerak dibidang pertanian dan buruh. Lebih sedikit penduduknya yang berprofesi sebagai petani, buruh tani, buruh harian, dan pekerja swasta. Pemerintah desa adalah Kepala desa atau yang disebut dengan nama lain yang terkait perangkat desa, sebagai tidak diatur pemerintah desa, Perangkat desa Sukadaya masih belum mengenal teknologi informasi dengan baik antara yang lain di dunia komputer. Melihat peluang kerja di atas, dengan ini perlu diberikan pelatihan terhadap masyarakat Bekasi pada umumnya, dan khusus masyarakat di desa Sukadaya, dapat membahas tentang peluang tersebut. Perangkat desa merupakan warga di desa yang akan menjadi contoh warga masyarakat dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Dengan ini perangkat desa perlu diberikan ilmu pengetahuan dalam menunjang pekerjaan dan kegiatannya, untuk memudahkan dalam pekerjaannya dalam mengelola administrasi desa, serta dapat menyampaikan pengetahuannya kepada masyarakat dilingkungannya. Para perangkat desa akan diberikan materi pengenalan komputer yang kemudian dilengkapi dengan aplikasi microsoft office. Tujuannya adalah memberikan pelatihan, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang perangkat desa dan melibatkan peran pengajar terhadap pendidikan sebagai bentuk pengabdian bagi masyarakat yang menjalankan tugas Tri-Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode latihan dan tanya jawab. Sehingga setelah melakukan pelatihan, perangkat desa dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan menggunakan microsoft office dengan baik. Pelatihan komputer pada perangkat desa sukadaya, dapat digunakan untuk mengelola komputer dengan benar dan menguasai microsoft office, untuk meningkatkan kinerja serta dapat bersaing dalam era globalisasi.

Abstract

Onesnet is a home internet service provider or what is called RT / RW Net so to provide this service Onesnet sends signals or data to remote areas using point-to-point access points and because the client itself is disseminated again, with that we use devices access point Nano Station Power Beam M5. This paper aims to implement point-to-point access and optimize two NanoStation M5 devices without using additional antennas to improve the quality and coverage of a wireless local area network, to obtain further coverage. The design was carried out at Onesnet Housing Mustika Karangsatria Blok EA 18 Number 3A, with a maximum radius of 1000 meters, with received signal strength parameters, ping test, and connection quality, as well as path losses using the Friis propagation model. By using the test results there are no obstacles or line of sight (LOS), it is proven that the access point device can reach a range of up to 1000 meters, and from the site survey test results, it is concluded that the observation location is in good connection quality to very good quality, the average is in a radius of fewer than 1000 meters from the access point. While the observation locations with poor connection quality are on average outside 1000 meters from the access point, and several locations cannot connect at all because the received signal is too weak..

Abstract

This study focuses to implementing a web-based sales information system leveraging the Apriori algorithm to analyze consumer purchasing patterns at PT. Mura Mitra Sejati. Adopting the Waterfall development methodology, the project progressed systematically through the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages.The system was developed using a native PHP architecture based on the MVC pattern, supported by a MySQL database and Bootstrap for the front-end. Key functionalities of the system include sales transaction recording, real-time inventory management, and powerful association rule mining. Comprehensive black-box testing across all modules—Login, Stock Management, Transactions, Apriori Analysis, and Reporting—confirmed the intended performance of every system function, achieving a 100% success rate.The Apriori algorithm effectively identified strong association rules from 10 transaction datasets, notably revealing the frequent co-purchase of White Paint and 1-inch Brushes, with 40% support and 80% confidence, respectively. Ultimately, the resulting system delivers an efficient, well-structured, and data-driven solution that significantly improves sales management and supports strategic decision-making.

Abstract

The training registration process at Company XYZ faced several challenges, including the use of physical documents, slow file submission, non-standardized document numbering, and inefficient file storage. This research aimed to develop a web-based application called "Training Registration System" using the Waterfall software development method to address these issues, as well as implementing the Levenshtein Distance algorithm in the search feature to enhance training search efficiency. The results showed that the application successfully improved the efficiency and accuracy of the training registration and search process by eliminating the need for physical file submission, accelerating the workflow, and reducing the potential for errors. The implementation of the Levenshtein Distance algorithm also proved effective in improving the efficiency of training searches based on training names, even in cases of typos, such as the strings "Trainning" and "Training" which had a similarity score of 87.5% based on similarity weight calculations.

Abstract

PT Sinar Perkasa Engineering is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that considers employee evaluation a critical component of human resource management. Manual evaluation processes are often time-consuming and prone to human error, potentially leading to inaccuracies in selecting the best employees. This study aims to design a decision support system based on the SMART algorithm to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of employee evaluations. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results indicate that the implementation of a web-based decision support system significantly improves the speed and accuracy of the evaluation process, reduces the risk of human error, and provides a transparent and objective assessment tool. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for further development of decision support systems, either through collaborative efforts or by comparing alternative decision-making methods.

Abstract

Kesenjangan kompetensi tenaga kerja di bidang manajemen industri dan jaringan komputer menjadi tantangan struktural yang dihadapi Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kompetensi DISNAKERTRANS Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi peserta pelatihan melalui pendekatan pelatihan vokasional terintegrasi yang menggabungkan domain manajemen industri dan jaringan komputer dalam satu kerangka kurikulum yang koheren. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest dengan instrumen asesmen kompetensi dan angket kepuasan berbasis model Kirkpatrick Level 1. Kegiatan diikuti 32 peserta aktif BLK yang dipilih melalui purposive selection. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor signifikan dari 44,53 menjadi 76,41 (t = 24,27; p < 0,001), dengan rata-rata N-Gain Score sebesar 0,574 (kategori sedang) dan tingkat kepuasan peserta sebesar 4,30 dari skala 5 (kategori sangat baik). Kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul pelatihan terintegrasi sebagai legacy output kelembagaan BLK untuk siklus pelatihan berikutnya.
