Abstract

Identification of blood groups by looking at blood clots that have been given reagents is mostly done manually based on direct visual observations on blood that has been dripped with reagents and then determines blood groups based on the clotting of each reagent, where the level of saturation of the eye can affect the results of observations made and the community the general public also does not respect the resemblance. To overcome this problem, an application is made to find blood types using the K-nearest Neighbors method which can work automatically. KNN is a method that classifies new objects based on the training data that is closest to the object, where the distance calculation uses Euclidean Distance. This system is used to identify blood groups A, B, AB and 0. In this study, the system was tested using 80 training data for blood group images which were divided into 20 images for each group A, B, AB and blood group 0. test as many as 40 images consisting of 10 test data for each blood group A, B, AB and blood group 0. The test results for the accuracy of the test on each blood group is A 70%, blood group B 80%, blood type AB 100% and blood group 0 100%. So it can increase the success of the system by 85%.

Abstract

The face is one of the characteristics that can determine a person's identity, because each individual has a different face. Face recognition technology is highly developed today, which has been widely used systems based on face recognition. The main issue that arises is change in the position where it will affect the system in detecting the presence of a face which will also affect the system at the next stage of face recognition. Based on this background, it created a system that is able to recognize a person's identity in the form of a face name is entered with a variety of positions. In this research method used is Fisher Linear Discriminant (FLD). FLD can be used to recognize faces with a variety of positions. This study was able to detect and recognize faces with five different positions. The position of the recognized ie perpendicular to the position of 0 °, 1-25 ° turn to the right, looked left 1-25 °, 1-25 ° 1-25 ° looked up and down with the distances are 50 cm, 60 cm, 70 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm and 100 cm. In this test, the face image is tested by 300 overall face to face data 254 works and 46 face data were not successful. From these data, then get the success percentage of 84.67%.

Abstract

Diseases and pests cannot be distinguished from the secondary crops that farmers encounter. To overcome this. Farmers have to rely on improvised expertise and information from others, which is ineffective due to the scarcity of experts in secondary crops. An expert system is a solution to the limitations of an expert in his profession. The forward chaining method is used in this expert system and website-based applications. Users who need information or counseling about diseases and pests that affect secondary crops can access this expert system online. The expert system will diagnose signs to which application users will respond and will produce conclusions and treatments for diseases and pests that affect secondary crops. Furthermore, the decline in the level of crop production, especially for secondary crops, is caused by disease attacks. In addition, the delay in handling due to the lack of experts also affects the decrease in the level of crop production. So we need an expert system in decision making. The results of this study can be used as a tool to identify 42 types of diseases in palawija plants and their solutions with input in the form of symptoms of damage that are visible on the outside of the plant. The results in the form of research can also display pictures of the disease, the name of the disease, its symptoms, and solutions that can be seen by the user to overcome the disease. Users can also print the diagnostic results by pressing the print button to see the results of the solution for the disease.

Abstract

Teachers as educators who have the main task of educating the nation's children to become the next generation who are intelligent and knowledgeable. Teachers can develop students' potential and motivate students to excel. The quality of teachers is influenced by the level of teacher performance in providing knowledge to students and the way of providing clear and appropriate material when teaching. Students must also be involved in the process of assessing the quality of the performance of teachers who have been teaching. Based on these problems, input from students about teacher performance is generally done manually by filling out a satisfaction questionnaire on the teaching and learning process. As a result, we require an assessment system and a model for the quality of learning, particularly in the core school subjects. The evaluation in teacher assessment uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and group borda. The AHP model process is used to evaluate and improve the quality of student learning so that it can provide objective results. The stages of research using research and development include the first stage, namely the preliminary study stage, theoretical study, and planning stage. The variables measured included attendance, accuracy, ease of capturing material, and the ability to manage classes and formulate problems. The second stage is to test and revise the AHP and Borda models. The third stage is the feasibility test of the decision model with AHP and Borda. The result of the group model is to get the ranking value of each variable, and this value will be entered into the AHP model and the Borda group model. The Borda results are given by the school principal, vice principal, and policy makers. The results of the AHP Model value of K1 (Teaching Attendance Rate) with a priority weight value of 0.280, rank 2, K2 (Accuracy of Starting and Ending Study Hours) of 0.207, and ranking 4, K3 (Ease of Submission of Materials to Be Understood) of 0.295. 1, K4 (Ability to Manage Class Interaction) 0.217, ranking 3. The results of the board for selecting the best teacher: alternative A1 with a value of 0.24 ranking 3. Alternative A2 with a ranking value of 0.20; Alternative A3 with a value of 0.28 ranking 1. Alternative A4 with a value of 0.27 and a rating of 2. The results of this study are the assessment of students and each teacher from the AHP model. Furthermore, the results of the Borda group are in the form of rankings from policy makers. The results of the research are more objective because of the decision-making on the part of students and groups/policy-makers.
