Abstract

History is evidence of events that occurred in the past and to reconstruct through history learning, the students of SMA Mafakati, Hiri Island District. So, through historical heritage in Ternate City, it is used as a learning resource which is one of the new innovations in history subjects at the high school level, with the aim that students are motivated to participate in the teaching and learning process directly through visits to historical sites in Ternate City. From the results of the study that the reality of history lessons is a boring subject for students because the problem is that so far the history teacher in delivering history material is only centered on books, to change the concept of history learning, the role of the history teacher is needed so that all historical relics in Terenate City are used as learning resources for history subjects with the aim that the teaching and learning process can be achieved properly. History subjects have various sources, and from these sources students not only get knowledge from books owned by history teachers but utilize historical relics in Ternate City as a very effective learning resource for students to know about events that occurred in Ternate City, in detail.

Abstract

The purpose of Islamic education is essentially to shape the character of students to develop as generations of "khaerah ummah", faithful and pious, mature in attitude and Islamic character, having independent thinking and spirit, creative, dynamic, and having noble character. Character education in Islam is very important, because the main task of the Prophet Muhammad was sent on this earth to improve the morals or character of mankind. So that the Prophet Muhammad is the main example of the example that Allah has given to Muslims throughout the universe. In Islam there are three main values, namely morality, adab, and example. Morals refer to duties and responsibilities other than sharia and Islamic teachings in general. While the term adab refers to attitudes associated with good behavior. And exemplary refers to the quality of character displayed by a good Muslim who follows the example of the Prophet Muhammad. These three values ​​are the pillars of character education in Islam

Abstract

Ivan Illich did not advocate abolishing schools, but disestablishment, or do not regard schools as superior, rigid, authoritarian institutions, and tend to force people to just follow their policies. He is dissatisfied with schools whose operations are funded by the community through taxes, but are less accessible to the community, as a result of various regulations that are difficult for the community to enter. According to Illich, the objective conditions and educational situation that took place in Latin America at that time were not able to answer and resolve all kinds of social problems faced by students in his era. The school only encouraged and made students feel alienated from the social life they faced at that time, the school was likened to an institution to force all children to climb the educational ladder which had no end and was not qualified to give birth to the potential of students. The compulsory learning system in schools kills the free will and creativity of many people for independent learning to increase their creative potential in life, knowledge is carried out like a commodity, packaged, and then sold to students at very high prices

Abstract

Democracy wants the ruling government to be actually elected by the people, so that this power is actually a service to carry out the people's mandate, to then carry out the aspirations and prosper the people. "Elections with integrity are the key to a Healthy Democracy." if elections are really carried out as well as possible from various aspects, then it will definitely have a positive impact on the development of democracy in Indonesia. Democracy is a means to an end, and the goal to be achieved from democracy is a just and prosperous society. This means that the leaders who are elected in the contestation of democracy must really act to uphold justice, both legal, economic and political justice

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di bidang listrik merupakan aspek krusial yang perlu diperhatikan, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan seperti SMK Bismillah. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan peralatan listrik di sekolah, pemahaman mendalam mengenai K3 listrik sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelenggarakan penyuluhan mengenai K3 listrik dan pengenalan pemanfaatan komponen alat listrik di SMK Bismillah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktikum, dan simulasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penyuluhan, hanya 40% siswa yang memahami konsep dasar K3 listrik. Setelah penyuluhan, pemahaman siswa meningkat signifikan hingga 85%. Penyuluhan juga berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya K3 listrik, yang terlihat dari hasil wawancara pasca kegiatan. Selain itu, bagian pengenalan pemanfaatan komponen alat listrik memberikan hasil positif dengan siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan dan merakit komponen listrik. Tanggapan dari siswa dan guru sangat positif, dengan rekomendasi agar kegiatan serupa dilakukan secara berkala. Penyuluhan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis siswa, serta relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan vokasi. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan berkelanjutan dalam bidang K3 dan pemanfaatan teknologi listrik yang aman dan efisien. Diharapkan penyuluhan serupa dapat terus dilakukan untuk memastikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa tetap up-to-date dan siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja. Abstract

Education is the most important means for humanizing humans to become completely independent human beings, education in the broadest sense is formal education (elementary school, middle school, high school, up to college), non-formal (education in the community), and informal education (education in the family environment) . All of this is a process carried out by humans in order to socialize and adapt to the culture they follow. Education is a form of effort to maintain the existence of human life and culture. In other words, education is one of human culture's strategies to maintain the existence of human life itself. Viewed from an epistemological perspective, humans are intellectual creatures who can use their minds freely to seek the truth in their knowledge (truth). And from an ethical perspective, humans are creatures who have a conscience that allows them to behave and act in accordance with the truth they adhere to, their decisions and actions. If we analyze it together, it turns out that the problem of education in Indonesia is not only a matter of curriculum structuring, teacher professionalism, output of educational institutions, educational paradigms, and internal problems in the administration of other educational institutions. But more than that, there are external factors that also have a big influence on Indonesian education, namely poor people who cannot afford to go to school, disorientation of government policies, market-oriented education, and the vortex of globalization that we are currently facing.
