Abstract

Currently each region has the authority in terms of regulating its own region, of course this is a lot of questions for some people. The right to regional autonomy provides leeway for each region to regulate their respective regions even from an economic point of view. From this phenomenon, it is necessary to have an inspectorate that functions as a supervisor of every government administration so as to provide reporting on all actions taken by the regional government. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the inspectorate carried out in Deli Serdang Regency on the regional autonomy rights of Deli Serdang Regency itself. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The results showed that the Deli Serdang Regency inspectorate had carried out their duties well. This form of supervision is carried out by implementing regular checks on all forms of mobilization of government officials.

Abstract

Purchase decisions are choices that consumers will take before buying a product or using a service. The success of the promotion strategy in marketing Esqa products using social media can have an impact on purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotional strategies, social media on purchasing decisions on Esqa products. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Respondents in this study were consumers of esqa products in the city of Medan as many as 100 respondents. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 26. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, and descriptive analysis was used to explain the meanings contained in it. The results showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on decisions. purchase, Social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Purchase decisions are able to mediate the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. Word of Mouth can be a promotion for purchasing decisions

Perkebunan Nusantara III SEI MANGKEI. mengapa Perusahaan berupaya perusahaan dalam memastikan keberlanjutan operasional yang aman danefisien. Serta bagaimana rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Ini dapat memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia perusahaan serta upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk memastikan keberagaman, motivasi, dan kesejahteraan karyawan dan meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja
