Abstract

In improving the quality of education is very related to the problem of human resources, therefore the process of recruitment and selection of human resources (HR) is very important and can only be obtained through effective selection efforts that involve accurate and sustainable management functions. so that the qualifications in accordance with the field of work are obtained and the objectives of an educational institution are achieved. therefore, the HR selection process is one of the most important things in achieving the goals of an educational institution. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach; Data collection through interviews as the main method and documentation as a supporting method in research, data analysis with reducing the data from interviews and documentation, then the data obtained is displayed, then conclusions are taken. The validity test of the data used is source triangulation. The data sources in this research are the Chairman of the Foundation, Head of the HR Division, Headmaster, Teacher, Secretary and office Staff. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that; Selection conducted at the Baitul Jannah Foundation can be said good, because it is done in a systematic way, the selection consists of 2 (two) step, that is a preparation and implementation. Steps of preparation (including the activities of establish a selection team, preparing assessment instruments, preparation of place and time. And at the implementation steps (including the activities of administrative selection, beginning interviews, micro teaching, final interview and last decisions of result selection).However, it is necessary to improve the test in terms of measuring general and psychology knowledge which has only been explored through interviews, therefore written tests need to be carried out so that the results will become more valid and authentic.Keywords — Selection, Teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of advertising and perceived value on student decision in online shopping. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The data used in this study iThe objective of this study was examining the effect of the extrinsic motivation on the employee performance; examining the effect of the physical work environment on the employee performance; and, examining the effect of the extrinsic motivation and the physical work environment on the employee performance at Penascop Maritim Indonesia Inc., Lampung. The type of this study was the quantitative study through the associative method. The study was conducted in approximately four months. The number of sample used in this study was 33 employees who worked as office employees. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was the multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis tests used in this study was the t test and f test. The result of this study showed that the extrinsic motivation had an effect on the employee performance; the physical work environment had an effect on the employee performance; and, the extrinsic motivation and the physical work environment had an effect on the employee performance.

Abstract

The community service work practice program is a means of self-actualization of several skills orskills, both soft skills or hard skills that have been obtained during lectures, which will be applied inthe community for 1 month.In this community service practice report, our participants will take partin the Program, which is located in Way Kalam Village and Gula Semut UMKM, South Lampung for 1 month, from January 31, 2022 to March 2, 2021.The placement of this community servicepractice is located at the Sugar Ants SMEs located in Way Kalam village.Here I will focus on the use of social media for digital marketing to improve marketing and also make ant sugar products forthe Haris Pratama Ants Sugar SMEs.As well as participating in village activities, including: road repair work, mutual cooperation, helping the Way Kalam village tourism awareness group,measuring and mapping village land assets and holding a farewell event at the village hall

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gind the effect of extrinsic motivation on the work productivity of the employees at PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu, the effect of work ethic on the work productivity of the employees of PT. SinarSamudra Marina Pringsewu, to determine the effect of Extrinsic Motivation andWork Ethic on the work productivity at PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu.This study used the quantitative approach with the associative method. The sourceof the data in this study used the primary data. The of data collecting technique inthis study used the field research using the questionnaire technique. Thepopulation of this study was 41 employees with the total sample of 31 employees.The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling, namelythe purposive sampling technique. The instrument requirements test in this studyused the validity test and the reliability test. The data analysis requirements test inthis study used the Normality test, Linearity test and Multi-collinearity test. Thedata analysis method used the Multiple Linear Regression and the hypothesistesting, namely t-test and F test. The result of this study found that extrinsicmotivation had a significant effect on the work productivity of employees in theproduction division of PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu, work ethic had asignificant effect on the work productivity of employees in the productiondivision of PT. Abstract

Fenomena dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya penurunan pencapaian target karyawan divisi pemasaran PT. Japfa comfeed Indonesia TBK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia TBK, Cabang Tanggamus, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia TBK, Cabang Tanggamus, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia TBK, Cabang Tanggamus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuesioner yang dibagikan pada responden dan dilengkapi dengan data sekunder seperti profil perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah saturation sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (Uji t dan uji F). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Tes ini membuktikan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dengan nilai t hitung (1,917) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,679). Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Tes membuktikan bahwa variabel motivasi (X 2) dengan nilai t hitung (3,715) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,679). Gaya kepemimpinan dengan motivasi yang sama terhadap kinerja karyawan membuktikan nilai 31,427 F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu sebesar 3,21 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 (kurang dari 0,05).

Abstract

Digital transformation in the banking sector has created new challenges in managing employee performance, especially related to technology adoption and workload management. This study aims to evaluate the effect of innovation technology and workload towards employee performance at Bank BRI Pringsewu, considering the lack of simultaneous studies on this issue in the context of regional banks. A quantitative method was used with a survey to the entire employee population (38 respondents). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result shows that the implementation of innovation technology contributed positively and significantly to employee performance, while excessive workload had a negative and significant effect. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous technology training and realistic workload management to support productivity. Practical implications are directed at increasing operational efficiency through a combination of digital strategies and balanced HR management.
