Karakterisitik materi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) mengharuskan pembelajaran menggunakan beragam model pembelajaran yang perlu disesuaikan dengan tema materi pembelajaran. Tujuan pembelajaran PAI tidak terbatas pada transfer of knowledge tetapi juga nilai, keterampilan dan pengembangan karakter. Kompleksitas materi pembelajaran tersebut semakin menjadi sulit diajarkan ketika pandemi Covid 19 muncul, sehingga pembelajaran hybrid menjadi pilihan utama. Fokus kajian ini adalah mengungkap bagaimana guru PAI di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Satya Dharma Balung mengelola pembelajaran hybrid pada masa pandemi covid-19. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan hybrid learning pada masa pandemi di SMP Satya Dharma dilaksanakan dengan perencanaan yang baik dan dilaksanakan dengan dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan, baik daring maupun luring. Masing-masing memiliki kelemahan karena keterbatasan kehadiran siswa, kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan dukungan orang tua secara finansial maupun motivasional. The characteristics of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials require learning to use a variety of learning models that need to be adapted to the theme of the learning material. The purpose of PAI learning is not limited to the transfer of knowledge but also values, skills, and character development. The complexity of these learning materials became increasingly difficult to teach when the Covid 19 pandemic emerged, so hybrid learning became the main choice. The focus of this study is to reveal how PAI teachers at the Satya Dharma Balung Junior High School (SMP) manage hybrid learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection techniques. The researcher concluded that the implementation of hybrid learning during the pandemic at Satya Dharma Middle School was carried out with good planning and the support of the facilities and infrastructure needed, both online and offline. Each has weaknesses due to limited student attendance, students' ability to use information technology, and parental support financially and motivationally.
