Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a delivery information system for Denso Centra company. PT. Denso Centra is a company engaged in the sale of auto spare parts. In the delivery process to the customer's location, couriers often forget the customer's location and in reporting shipments there are often queues. Based on the analysis using the PIECES framework, it can be concluded that the main problem of PT. Denso Centa is the accuracy and efficiency of information that is less than the maximum on the running system so by making this web-based system it is hoped that it can produce better information. With the design of a website-based application program at PT. Denso Centra, is expected to help simplify the management of data on the delivery of goods and speed up the process of making reports to the leadership. The results of the modeling are in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. While the software used is the PHP and MySql Web programming languages and Micro Dreamweaver. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based delivery system which is expected to overcome the problems that exist in the delivery of goods at PT Denso Centra

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a website-based Human Asset Value information system so that companies can make appropriate decisions, make it easier for companies to find high-performing employees, and be fairer in assessing employee performance. The method used is a qualitative research method by carrying out field observations and interviews with managers and staff of PT. Sumber Agung Motor regarding the data and information needed for the system to be developed. The results of the research are in the form of a website-based Human Asset Value information system design with the concept of Human Asset Value Mapping. The designed system has services for managing master data, consisting of job data, department data, employee data, work process master services, and work product master. Transaction data management services consist of the PPA Program and Design IPP. Report management services consist of progress performance reports and assessment results reports.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi Human Asset Value berbasis website agar perusahaan dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan yang sesuai, dan mempermudah perusahaan dalam mencari karyawan yang berprestasi serta dapat lebih adil dalam menilai kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melaksanakan observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan manajer dan staf PT. Sumber Agung Motor terkait data dan informasi yang diperlukan pada sistem yang akan dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi Human Asset Value berbasis website dengan konsep Human Asset Value Mapping. Sistem yang dirancang memiliki layanan untuk pengelolaan data master, terdiri dari data jabatan, data departemen, data karyawan, layanan master proses kerja, master hasil kerja. Layanan pengelolaan data transaksi terdiri dari PPA Program, Design IPP. Layanan pengelolaan laporan terdiri dari laporan progress performance dan laporan hasil penilaian.

Abstract

Quality control (QC) is one of the most dynamic activities and one that is needed to provide good product quality. PT. You currently have a place or place to check product quality called Quality Control. Where for each food ingredient make product, the QC Admin takes a few samples to check the quality of the food. Then it is made into a report to the Auditor as a supervisory body and analysis the feasibility of food to consumed healthily. The process of making a report on the results of this test still uses records in the form of book documents and formats in the data collection process. So in the delivery process, it often experiences many delays not according to the report target. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based quality control test report information system to make it easier to make reports so that they are faster and more precise. This research conducted using qualitative methods by conducting field studies. The collection technique used was observation and interviews. The results of the research are in the form of web-based application prototypes so that Admins or users can make data input in the form of material data, media data, retrieval data, and testing data that have been carried out as a result of products that have been tested properly, by making input reports as real data in a report which will be given to the head of QC as the person in charge. Reports given to the Head of QC include request data, data collection, and product testing data that has been input by the admin.Quality control (QC) merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang paling dinamis dan salah satu yang dibutuhkan untuk memberikan kualitas mutu produk yang baik. PT. Saudara pada saat ini memiliki sebuah tempat atau wadah untuk mengecek kualitas produk yang disebut Quality Control.  Dimana setiap bahan pangan untuk membuat produk, maka Admin QC mengambil sedikit sampel guna mengecek kualitas bahan pangan tersebut. Selanjutnya dijadikan menjadi sebuah laporan kepada Auditor sebagai badan pengawasan dan pengecekan kelayakan pangan untuk di konsumsi secara sehat. Proses pembuatan laporan hasil pengujian ini masih menggunakan pencatatan berupa dokumen buku dan form pada proses pendataannya. Sehingga dalam proses penyampaiannya sering mengalami banyak keterlambatan tidak sesuai target laporan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi laporan pengujian quality control berbasis web guna memudahkan dalam pembuatan laporan agar lebih cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan yang dilakukan adalah dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian berupa purwarupa aplikasi berbasis web agar Admin atau user dapat membuat penginputan data berupa data material, data media, data pengambilan, data pengujian yang telah di lakukan sebagai dari hasil produk yang telah diuji baik, dengan membuat laporan penginputan sebagai data real dalam sebuah laporan yang akan di berikan kepada kepala QC sebagai penanggung jawab. Laporan yang diberikan kepada Kepala QC antara lain data permintaan, data pengambilan dan data pengujian hasil produk yang telah di input oleh admin
