Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Madiun. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mencari dan memahami strategi yang diterapkan dalam terwujudnya data yang tampak (pemerintahan yang baik). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif ini terdiri dari tiga macam antara lain observasi partisipasi pasif, wawancara semistruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Pendidikan Kota Madiun telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip good governance. Dinas Pendidikan dalam menumbuhkan partisipasi masyarakat melakukan berbagai upaya. Upaya yang dilakukan ini seperti memberikan sarana atau media bagi masyarakat untuk memberikan masukan, kritik ataupun saran bagi Dinas Pendidikan Kota Madiun. Sarana atau media yang bisa di gunakan oleh masyarakat adalah telpon, e-mail dan kotak saran.Penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance perlu di tingkatkan pada prinsip kesetaraan. Pada prinsip kesetaraan belum ada program yang terlaksana secara konkrit. Selain itu pada prinsip partisipasi, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Madiun perlu menambah media bagi masyarakat dalam memberikan masukan sehingga dapat memudahkan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Good Governance, Pendidikan Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the principles of good governance in the Madiun City Education Office. This research will be conducted using a qualitative approach, this approach is used to find and understand the strategies applied in the manifestation of visible data (good governance). The method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques in qualitative research consisted of three types, including passive participation observation, semistructured interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the Madiun City Education Office had implemented the principles of good governance. The Education Office in fostering community participation has made various efforts. These efforts include providing a means or media for the public to provide input, criticism or suggestions for the Agency Madiun City Education. The means or media that can be used by the community are telephone, e-mail and suggestion box. The application of the principles of good governance needs to be improved on the principle of equality. On the principle of equality, there is no concrete program that has been implemented. In addition to the principle of participation, the Madiun City Education Office needs to add media for the community to provide input so that it can facilitate the community. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan strategi SMPN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo dalam meminimalisir perilaku agresif siswa. Dalam beberapa tahun ini pelanggaran yang disebabkan karena perilaku agresif siswa berkurang, sehingga peneliti ingin mencari strategi yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam meminimalisir perilaku agresif siswa di SMPN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo. Strategi sekolah merupakan upaya atau langkah yang dilakukan oleh beberapa orang dalam melaksanakan suatu progam atau tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh institusi. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi serta dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru PPKn, Guru BK, Waka Kesiswaan serta siswadi SMPN 1 Jabon. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi SMPN 1 Jabon dalam meminimalisir perilaku agresif siswa adalah dengan adanya strategi progam. Progam yang dicanangkan sekolah untuk dapat meminimalisir perilaku agresif adalah dengan cara menerapkan sistem hukuman dengan pengurangan poin siswa. Selain itu, sekolah juga menerapkan progam Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA). Berdasarkan teori yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu tentang belajar sosial yang disampaikan oleh Bandura (1) Proses attentional, (2) Proses retentional (menyimpan pesan), (3) Proses pembentukan perilaku, (4) Proses motivasi. Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh SMPN 1 Jabon mengandung empat konsep yang dijelaskan. Empat proses belajar sosial yang dijelaskan oleh Bandura tersebut berjalan dengan adanya progam yang dibuat atau dicanangkan oleh sekolah Kata Kunci: strategi, perilaku agresif, siswa Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe the strategy of SMPN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo in minimizing student aggressive behavior. In recent years, violations caused by students' aggressive behavior have decreased, so the researchers wanted to find a strategy used by the school in minimizing the aggressive behavior of students at SMP 1 Jabon Sidoarjo. School strategy is an effort or step taken by several people in implementing a program or goal to be achieved by the institution. Researchers used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were the principal, PPKn teachers, BK teachers, student guides, and students of SMPN 1 Jabon. The results showed that the strategy of SMPN 1 Jabon in minimizing students' aggressive behavior was the existence of a program strategy. The program launched by schools to be able to minimize aggressive behavior is to implement a punishment system with a reduction in student scores. In addition, the school also implements the Child Friendly School (SRA) program. Based on the theory used by researchers, namely about social learning conveyed by Bandura (1) the attention process, (2) the retention process (storing messages), (3) the process of forming behavior, (4) the process of motivation. The learning process carried out by SMPN 1 Jabon contains four described concepts. The four social learning processes described by Bandura work with school programs. Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the efforts of the Tuban district general election commission in increasing public participation. In the 2019 elections, the level of public participation in politics increased. The number of abstentions is decreasing, and the public's concern for the political conditions in the country is increasing. There is an increase in public participation in politics due to the efforts made by the General Election Commission which is carried out in each region. As in Tuban district, it was noted that in the 2019 elections the level of public participation increased in the general election. The increase in public participation in the elections was based on the efforts made by the Tuban district election commission. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The data obtained were in the form of interviews conducted online and face to face with five informants who met the specified criteria. The data validity technique used was source triangulation. The results of the study explained that the efforts made by the Tuban district general election commission were political socialization, political education for first-time voters and the formation of democratic volunteers. Based on the theory used, namely the political behavior learning theory that political education can influence the attitude or behavior of each individual in political participation. According to the research results, it was found that the increase in political participation of the Tuban people was influenced by several activities or programs organized by the general election commission in the district.
