Abstract

Abstract: God's righteousness is God authority that given to human as a gift. Human could not find it by himself within or in the world because they have fallen into sin. God righteousness is universal and independent, means not depending on human condition, but fully on God sovereign.Jesus Christ has become the center of God revelation. In which all who believe in Him will put to right and will be saved. The consequence from trusting Jesus will make repentance, that cause someone leave their past life and become new creation (in quality). It because that the righteousness has forensic character and pass through whole life of a person. Righteousness will be brighter if a person who has received Jesus, willing to spread the Gospel to new people. Believers are not living with fear to the Law as in Old Testament, but live in grace that full of joy that will eliminate fear. Paul's Theology about God righteousness put human into the same position before God, no one is more special than others, all sins before God. Even though in Old Testament there was privilege to Abraham descendants, but it won’t make Jews the most special one. Jesus sacrifice has destruct boundaries and reconstruct new living. Abstract

This article is a qualitative description about the new covenant that has been listed in Jeremiah 31:33-34. A covenant supposed to be birelational that consciously commited to obey all of the consequences regarding the contract. Obviously Israelites failed to grasp God’s desire about rebuild healthy relationship with God. This situation as the background of the importance of the new covenant that God put in human’s heart. God’s creative way has reached the culminative point through Jesus Christ that carried all the penalty of sins and save the world from diminished. The implication to all of believers is that new covenant is based on love not legalistic relationship, grace not contractual engagement.

Abstract

The term evangelism broadly has the meaning of proclaiming the good news to others, but it is specifically interpreted as an effort to convey the gospel to others and often causes fear to the news bearers because they already have their respective beliefs. It is very different from what should happen as in the Bible in that they preach the news of joy without fear because it is a fact and joy follows them. Jesus' disciples convey it lightly because it is a grace that they can proclaim their happiness and joy based on what they experience. Meanwhile, in the context of Indonesia, evangelism becomes a place for debate and rubs against the spirit of brotherhood and tolerance. So how exactly should this evangelism be carried out in the Indonesian context theologically with regard to apologetics, conversion and transformation. Istilah penginjilan secara luas memiliki arti sebagai mewartakan kabar baik kepada orang lain, namun secara khusus dimaknai sebagai upaya untuk menyampaikan Injil kepada sesama dan tidak jarang menimbulkan ketakutan bagi si pembawa berita karena mereka sudah memiliki keyakinan masing-masing. Hal ini sangat berbeda dengan apa yang semestinya terjadi seperti di dalam Alkitab bahwa mereka menyampaikan kabar sukacita itu tanpa takut karena itu sebuah fakta dan sukacita mengikuti mereka. Murid Yesus menyampaikannya dengan ringan karena itu merupakan kasih karunia bahwa mereka dapat mewartakan kebahagiaan dan sukacita mereka berdasar apa yang mereka alami. Sementara itu dalam konteks Indonesia justru penginjilan ini menjadi ajang perdebatan dan bergesekan dengan semangat persaudaraan dan toleransi. Jadi bagaimana sesungguhnya penginjilan ini seharusnya dilakukan dalam konteks Indonesia secara teologis berkaitan dengan apologetika, konversi dan transformasi.
