Abstract: Various aspects of today's business can not be separated from information technology in this era, which has an important role related to data, information to making appropriate and accurate decisions where the use of information technology can be applied in various fields, including in the property business. One of them is a homestay business located in Jakarta, namely Homestay Victory. Data processing in the conventional way is felt to still have obstacles including the process of disseminating information and publication of rentals, the process of collecting data on rooms to be rented, the process of collecting customer data, the transaction process of room rentals to the process of making room rental reports. On the basis of the problems that still exist, this expansion of market share, information and ease of access will be obtained by the public, it is necessary to have a reliable information system, especially a website-based one, to be able to overcome the problems faced and increase the productivity of this Victory Homestay business. The system development model used in this research is the Waterfall model. Keywords: System Design, System Information, Website-based, Homestay Abstrak: Berbagai aspek bisnis saat ini tidak terlepas dari teknologi informasi di era sekarng ini, yang memiliki peranan penting berkaitan denga data, informasi sampai pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan akurat dimana penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam bidang bisnis properti. Salah satu diantaranya adalah bisnis dalam bidang homestay yang terletak di Jakarta yaitu Homestay Victory. Pengolahan data dengan cara konvensional dirasakan masih memiliki hambatan diantaranya pada proses penyebaran informasi dan publikasi penyewaan, proses pendataan kamar yang akan di sewakan, proses pendataan pelanggan, proses transaksi penyewaan kamar sampai dengan proses pembuatan laporan penyewaan kamar. Atas dasar permalsahan yang masih ada inilah perluasan pangsa pasar, informasi dan kemudahan akses akan didapatkan oleh masyarakat, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang handal terutama yang berbasis website untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi dan meningkatkan produktifitas dari usaha Homestay Victory ini. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Waterfall. Kata kunci: Perancangan Sistem, Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Website, Homestay

Abstract-Disetiap perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintah pasti akan ditemukan adanya arsip surat untuk internal atau ekternal, hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya pengiriman surat dari luar perusahaan atau instansi yang apabila jika tidak didata dan di susun dengan rapi maka surat-surat tersebut akan hilang. Proses arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar di Inspektorat Wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang masih menggunakan sistem catatan manual, yaitu dengan mencatat surat yang masuk dan keluar mengunakan buku besar. Tentu hal ini sering menjadi kendala dalam disposisi surat baik yang masuk atau yang keluar. Guna mengatasi hal tersebut penulis merancang konsep sistem nformasi arsip surat menyurat dengan metode waterfall berbasis web. Sistem informasi yang diusulkan diharapkan mampu untuk mendukung proses arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Inspetorat Kabupaten Pandeglang, dan mampu memberi manfaat dan solusi dalam prosesnya. Information technology is currently developing very quickly. Hardware and software are tools created to facilitate human work. PT Media Nusantara Citra is a company engaged in the field of information media; of course, it is very dependent on information systems in its operations. This is to provide support and make it easy to make decisions. And one of them that is still managed manually is the management of visitor activity data in the PT Media Nusantara Citra data center. Departing from this, the author chose the theme of the web-based Visitor Management Information System at PT Media Nusantara Citra, what is currently happening in the management of visitor data in the data center is the inaccuracy of visitor data every day, and the lack of efficiency in document recording and storage, starting from recording data processing of incoming visitor activities, recording various types of visitor data activities that have been completed, to preparing reports on incoming visitor data activities and various types of visitor activities that have been completed, the authors propose a web-based Visitor Management Information System to be a solution to some of the above, and information system-based visitor data management is expected to increase effectiveness and efficiency in data management.

In today's age of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. In the case of computers, created to facilitate human work, the advances are both in the production of hardware and software. PT. Giordano Indonesia urgently needs an information system that can support its customers and provide them with satisfactory service. For this reason, the author is trying to create a final project about the goods transfer system on PT. Giordano Indonesia which has not been computerized yet. At this time PT. Giordano Indonesia is a company that operates in the retail sector. The existing system at PT. Giordano Indonesia is still operated manually, starting from data recording of goods to reporting, which includes the process of goods transfer, goods receipt data, goods issue data, storage of other data related to inventory, and report generation, which may cause errors in recording, inaccurate reports, and delays in finding the required data during the process. The development of this information system is the best solution to the problems that exist in this company and with a computerised system, effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting the activities in this company. The computerised system is better than the manual system to work more effectively and efficiently, and the current sales system is more conducive than the previous system.
