<![CDATA[ABSTRACT: PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia is a company located in Kedungreja, Cilacap, engaged in the production of textiles and garments specializing in baby and toddler products. In the process of hiring new employees the system used is still conventional, this is one of the problems because it takes a lot of time and makes a pile of application files. The design of this system aims to provide solutions to problems in the process of hiring new employees. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and literature study while the development of the system uses a prototype method which includes listening to customers, building mock ups, testing or evaluation using customer checks. It is hoped that the design of the new employee e-recruitment system is in accordance with the needs and can help facilitate the process of applying for jobs and selecting applicants.Keywords: Design, Information Systems, E-Recruiment ABSTRAKSI : PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia ialah perusahaan yang berada di Kedungreja, Cilacap, bergerak dalam bidang produksi tekstil dan garmen yang mengkhususkan diri pada produk-produk bayi dan balita. Dalam proses penerimaan karyawan baru sistem yang digunakan masih konvensional, hal ini menjadi salah satu masalah karena perlu banyak waktu dan membuat berkas lamaran menumpuk. Perancangan sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan pada proses penerimaan karyawan baru. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka sedangkan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype yang meliputi mendengarkan pelanggan, membangun mock up, pengujian atau evaluasi dengan menggunakan customer check.
