Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan pengaruh kemampuan Kerjadan kemampuan Human Relations terhadap Keberhasilan Karir para pegawaistruktural di P.T. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. Wilayah Jakarta.Sampel penelitian 76 orang (21%) dari total populasi 374 orang pegawaistruktural Wilayah Jakarta. Terdiri dari pegawai Struktural Operasional danPegawai Struktural Non Operasional yang menyebar di enam unit kerja. Unitunitkerja tersebut yaitu: Holding, Direktorat Produksi, Divisi Produksi Jakarta,Divisi Pemasaran, Divisi Apotik, Divisi Pedagang Besar Farmasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan dua macam metode pengumpulan data yaitu metodedokumentasi dan metode kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistikkorelasi product moment dan regresi ganda.Dari penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa 1. Terdapat hubungan yang positifdan signifikan antara Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan denganKeberhasilan Pegawai Meniti Karir. 2. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikanantara kemampauan Human Relations dengan Keberhasilan Meniti Karir. 3.Secara bersama-sama terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antaraKemampuan Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan dan kemampuan Human Relationsdengan Keberhasilan Karir.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan, Human Relations, Karir,Pegawai StrukturalAbstractionThis research was conducted to examine the effect of The Ability to completework and Human Relations ability on the Career Success of structural employeeson P.T. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. Jakarta regian.The study sample was 76 people (21%) of the total population of 374 structuralemployees of the Jakarta Region. Data analysis using product momentcorrelation statistical techniques and multiple regression.From the study it was concluded that 1. There is a positive and significantrelationship between the ability to complete the work and the success of careercareer employees. 2. There is a positive and significant relationship between theability of Human Relations and the Success of Meniti Career. 3.
