Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan ketenagakerjaan sering dialami oleh suatu daerah termasuk Kabupaten Mojokerto, yang mana tenaga kerja yang diserap mengalami fluktuatif di setiap tahunnya. Hal ini perlu adanya upaya dalam meningkatkan perluasan peluang kerja yang dapat mendorong terjadinya pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian dilakukan berguna melihat besarnya pengaruh jumlah industri besar dan sedang, upah minimum regional, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja industri besar dan sedang di Kabupaten Mojokerto selama tahun 2011-2021. Hasil penelitian ini, menjelaskan secara parsial jumlah industri besar dan sedang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja industri besar dan sedang. Sedangkan upah minimum regional dan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja industri besar dan sedang, Sedangkan secara simultan variabel jumlah industri besar dan sedang, upah minimum regional, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja industri besar dan sedang di Kabupaten Mojokerto.Kata Kunci: Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Industri, Upah, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.ABSTRACTLabor issues have frequently grown in areas such as Mojokerto Regency, where the absorbed workforce varies year after year. The issues necessitate a concerted effort to increase the number of job opportunities that can help boost economic development. The study assisted in determining the magnitude of the impact of the number of large and medium-sized industries, regional minimum wages, and economic growth based on the absorption of large and medium industrial workers in the Mojokerto Regency between 2011-2021. The results of this research explain some of the large and medium industries that have a positive and significant influence on the absorption of large and medium industrial labor. While the regional minimum wage and economic growth have a negative and insignificant impact on the employment of large and medium industries, simultaneous the variables of the number of large and medium industries sectors, regional minimum wages and economic growth have a significant impact on the recruitment of large and medium-sized industrial workers in Mojokerto Regency.Keywords: Employment, Industry, Wages, and Economic Growth.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic development is never separated from economic growth, because economic development does not only cover economic growth, but also includes broader things such as changes in savings and investment as well as the structure of the economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of Oil and Gas Exports, Non Oil and Gas Exports, PMA, and PMDN on economic growth in East Java Province. The data used is secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the period 2009-2020. Based on these objectives, the analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS ver 26 program. The results obtained from this study are simultaneously the variables of Oil and Gas Exports, Non Oil and Gas Exports, PMA and PMDN have a significant influence on East Java's economic growth. However, partially Oil and Gas Exports, PMA and PMDN have a significant effect on East Java's economic growth and Oil and Gas Exports do not have a significant effect on East Java's economic growth.
