Abstract

The purpose of this study is to to find out the effect of emotional intelligence, reward and transformational leadership on job satisfaction on PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra 10). The hypotheses are tested towards 78 employees from PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra 10) head office which was selected by using purposive sampling technique based on the status of respondents who specified. Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method. The result of this study shows that emotional intelligence, reward and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship of self-efficacy and personality traits to entrepreneurial intentions of Tarumanagara University Faculty of Communication Science students. The sampling menthod is done by purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the structural least partial (PLS) model. The results of this study are that there is no significant positive relationship between self-efficacy, conscientiousness, and extraversion with Tarumanagara University Faculty of Communication students entrepreneurial intentions, there is no negative relationship significant between neuroticism and entrepreneurial intentions of Tarumanagara University Faculty of Communication Sciences students. In addition, there is a significant positive relationship between openness to experience and agreeableness with entrepreneurial intentions of Tarumanagara University Faculty of Communication students studentsPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dan personality traits terhadap entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Tarumanagara. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner ke 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik structural equation model partial least square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy, conscientiousness dan extraversion dengan entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Tarumanagara, tidak terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara neuroticism dengan entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Tarumanagara. Selain itu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara openness to experience dan agreeableness dengan entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Tarumanagara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Public and Institutional Support, Social and Business Networks, and Personality on Entrepreneurial Performance in West Jakarta. The population in this study were food and beverage entrepreneurs in West Jakarta. The sampling method is done by non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents. Data processing uses SPSS version 22. From the test results it is found that social and business networks, and personality on entrepreneurial performance have a positive and significant influence on success in food and beverage entrepreneurship in West Jakarta. Whereas, Public and Institutional Support does not performance have a positive and significant influence partially.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dukungan Publik dan Kelembagaan,Jaringan Sosial dan Bisnis, dan Kepribadian terhadap Kinerja Kewirausahaan di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wirausahawan/wati makan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non – probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 70 responden. Pengolahan data mengunakan SPSS versi 22. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa jaringan sosial dan bisnis, dan kepribadian memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan dalam berwirausaha Food&Beverage di Jakarta Barat. Sedangkan, dukungan publik dan kelembagaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial.
