Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan Mini Plaza A. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 86 karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Mini Plaza A. This study aims to determine whether the work environment, work motivation and compensation can affect the job satisfaction of employees of Mini Plaza A. The research sample was 86 employees. This research method uses SmartPLS and by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The result of this research is that there is a positive and significant effect of work environment, work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of Mini Plaza A employees.
