Abstract

Abstract Surya Mandiri supermarket, Mlarak sub-district, is a retail business located in the Mlarak sub-district which has a branch in the gunung sari market and is based in Siwalan, Mlarak, Ponorogo. Based on observations and interviews, it is known that there is a discrepancy between theory and real conditions. Where product display, loaction and service quality are still not good. However, in reality the loyalty of this self-service customer has increased over time and has a high turnover on a regular basis. This study aims to determine whether product display, location and service quality affect customer loyalty at Surya Mandiri Siwalan Mlarak Ponorogo supermarket. This type of research is a quantitative method with the population is self service cutomers surya mandiri siwalan mlarak ponorogo. The sample of this study amounted to 97 people. Sampling using the incedental sampling method, namely the determination of the sample by chance. The data is processed using the SPSS application while the data analysis technique are in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially product display and location had a significant effect on customer loyalty while service quality had no significant effect on cutomer loyalty at swalayan surya mandiri siwalan mlarak ponorogo. Then simultaneously product display, location, and service quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty with the value of R2 indicates that the effect of procut display, location and service quality on customer loyality is 63,4% and 36,6% is influenced by factors other than product display, location and service quality not in the regression model Abstrak :Swalayan Surya Mandiri kecamatan Mlarak adalah sebuah bisnis ritel yang berada diwilayah kecamatan Mlarak yang memiliki cabang di pasar Gunung Sari dan berpusat di Siwalan Mlarak Ponorogo. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara diketahui adanya ketidaksesuaian antara teori dengan kondisi nyata. Dimana display produk, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan yang masih belum baik. Namun, pada kenyataannya loyalitas pelanggan swalayan ini seiring berjalannya waktu terus meningkat dan memiliki omset tinggi secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah display produk, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Swalayan Surya Mandiri Siwalan Mlarak Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasinya adalah pelanggan swalayan Surya Mandiri Siwalan Mlarak Ponorogo. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 97 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode incidental sampling yaitu penentuan sampel secara kebetulan. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS sedangkan teknik analisis data berupa analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial display produk dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Swalayan Surya Mandiri Siwalan Mlarak Ponorogo kemudian Secara simultan Display produk, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan Nilai R2 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh display produk, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 63,4% dan 36,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain display produk, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan yang tidak ada dalam model regresi.
