Abstract

This research discusses how the influence of mudaraba financing, musharaka financing, and inflation on Return on Asset (ROA) at PT Bank Sumut Branch Syariah Medan period January 2015-December 2019. The samples in this study were 60. This study used a balance sheet, monthly income, and inflation report (Consumer Price Index) as secondary data obtained from PT Bank Sumut Branch Syariah Medan and the site www.bi.go.id. The method that used for testing this study are descriptive statistic, multiple linear regression analyse, simultant test (F test), determination test, and partial test (t test) with a significant level 5 percent (α = 0,05) and data is processed by using software SPSS 24. Based on partial test in this study showed that the mudaraba financing negative and has no significant effect with a significance level 0.694, musharaka financing has significant negative effect with a significance level 0,007, whereas inflation negative and has no significant effect with a significance level 0,661. Simultaneously, mudaraba financing, musharaka financing, and inflation significantly influence Return on Asset (ROA) with a significance level 0,001. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, dan inflasi terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) pada PT Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Medan periode Januari 2015-Desember 2019 secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60. Penelitian ini menggunakan neraca, laporan laba rugi bulanan, dan laporan inflasi (Indeks Harga Konsumen) sebagai data sekunder yang diperoleh dari PT Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Medan dan situs www.bi.go.id. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji simultan (F), uji determinasi, dan uji parsial (t) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 5 persen (α = 0,05) yang diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS 24. Berdasarkan uji parsial hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,694, pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,007, sedangkan inflasi negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,661. Secara simultan pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the Youth of Karang Taruna GTC in Krajan Hamlet, Baosan Lor Village, Ponorogo in shaping the religious behavior of the community through religious activities. The results of the study indicate that the Youth of Karang Taruna GTC has played a significant role in increasing the religious awareness of the community, creating a harmonious environment, and developing leadership and social responsibility for youth. The main supporting factors are the active role of administrators and members, as well as community support, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of active role of some members. This study concludes that the Youth of Karang Taruna GTC can be an example for other youth in shaping the religious behavior of the community Youth have played a crucial role in the history of Islamic progress, both as agents of change and as pioneers in various fields. They have demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm and dedication in studying and spreading Islamic teachings, as well as in fighting for freedom and justice. Muslim youth have become exemplary in developing Islamic science, art, and culture, as well as in building a civilized and morally upright society. The research approach is qualitative, a type of field research. The researcher serves as the key instrument, conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves reduction, display, and verification, and data validity is validated through triangulation.
