This study aims to determine the role of Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep to empowerment and developing the economy in Sumenep Regency. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive data analysis techniques. The object of research is Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep. The results showed that the role Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep is very important to empowerment and developing the economy in Sumenep Regency. These roles are: developing the Hajj and Umrah service business segments, collaborating with educational institutions, as well as marine commodity-based businesses. Adding a repertoire of Islamic economic institutions in Sumenep and creating synergies with the Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) in Sumenep Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance on stock prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Sharia Securities List (DES) for 3 years. One way to analyze the value of stock prices is using financial ratio analysis. The ratios used in this research are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover and Price Earning Ratio. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique which consisted of 5 companies. The data source uses the company's financial statements and stock prices from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research approach uses quantitative with descriptive methods. Data analysis used panel data regression analysis with data analysis tools Eviews 9. The results of the simultaneous analysis showed that financial performance had a positive effect on stock prices of pharmaceutical companies. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.871935 which explains the variation of the dependent variable by 87.19% while 12.81% is explained by other independent variables outside the model.

This research aimed to explained the effect of dysfungtional behavior as mediator variabel that correlated organizational behavior and public servant performance. This research use explanatory research, objected to local government of Sumenep, Indonesia. This research use a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were all structural officials who worked in the official offices in Sumenep Regency which consisted of 16 official offices. From 317 questionnaires distributed to respondents, only 162 questionnaires can be processed and become research samples. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result showed no effect of participation budgeting on the performance of the apparatus either directly or through the dysfungtional behavior as a moderating variable. While the organizational culture give effect to the performance of the apparatus and dysfungtional behavior directly. This research found that dysfungtional behavior has not been able to moderate the relation of budgeting participation and oganizational culture on the performance of local apparatus. Organizational culture can effect the performance of the officers and officials dysfungtional behavior. Organizational culture give more effect to the participation of budgeting on the performance of local apparatus

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap bank syariah dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat khususnya masyarakat di Desa Gadu Timur, Ganding, Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Sumber data diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, buku, jurnal dan lain-lain. Persepsi masyarakat Gadu Timur terhadap bank syariah masih minim. Meski demikian, masih sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui tentang bank syariah. Faktor-faktor tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang perbankan syariah, kebutuhan, sikap (afektif), keterampilan (psikomotorik), suasana hati, minat, perhatian, nilai dan kepribadian. Hal ini secara umum menunjukkan bahwa meskipun masyarakat telah menyadari kehadiran perbankan syariah sebagai solusi untuk menghindari sistem bunga atau riba, namun hal tersebut tidak serta merta mendorong masyarakat untuk memilih menjadi nasabah bank syariah.

The purpose of the study was to find out the marketing mix strategy carried out by theRamdhan intestine chips business during the covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has had aprofound impact on various fields. Both health, politics, education, and economy. During the COVID-19pandemic, it has had an impact on small and large scale businesses. Many workers have been laid off orlaid off as a result of declining purchases by consumers. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptivemethod. From this research, it can be concluded that although the covid-19 pandemic also has an impact onthe Ramadhan intestine chips business, this business can still survive and even increase sales byimplementing a marketing mix strategy which consists of 4 marketing mix variables, namely product, price,promotion.Keywords: Marketing Mix Strategy, Product, Covid-19 Pandemic

Pandemics that hit the world including Indonesia had an impact on all sectors, including the Education sector. This has an impact with the introduction of distance learning with an online learning system. Because of this distance system the lecturer is required to be able to convey the course material well to students. This study aims to determine whether online learning carried out by lecturers at INSTIKA and UPN East Java can increase students' interest in studying the courses they tidake. The sample used in this study were 278 students. The analytical tool used was IBM SPSS Version 21. The results showed that the attitude of internet use, perception, experience, financial condition significantly influenced students' interest in learning. While the ability to learn independently does not have a significant effect on student interest in learning during online lectures.

Human resources are one of the most important factors in determining the success and sustainability of the company. If the employee's performance is good, the company's goals will be easily achieved. Therefore, the company must need a leader who is able to influence the movement of employees in order to produce a good performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this research is the employees of Java In Coffee & Resto Sumenep. The sample used was 31 respondents with a saturated sample approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the leadership variable, motivation, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
