ABSTRAKAnemia adalah berkurangnya hingga di bawah nilai normal sel darah merah, kualitas hemoglobin dan volume packed red bloods cells (hematokrit) per 100 ml darah (Price, 2006; 256). Prevalensi anemia remaja putri di Indonesia tahun 2007 adalah 11,3%.(Riskesdas, 2007). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, status gizi, asupan Fe dan pola konsumsi faktor inhibitor Fe dengan anemia remaja putri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian crossectional dan dilakukan di 2 sekolah SMA/K. Penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 63,4% remaja putri mengalami anemia. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan anemia remaja putri dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan (p value = 0,004), status gizi (p value = 0,034) dan pola konsumsi inhibitor Fe (p value = 0,009). Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah perlunya diberikan penyuluhan mengenai anemia dan pola konsumsi inhibitor Fe serta pemantauan status gizi di UKS SMA/K sehingga para remaja putri terhindar dari anemia.Kata Kunci: Anemia, Pengetahuan, Status Gizi, Inhibitor ABSTRACTAnemia is reduced to below the normal value of red blood cells, the quality of hemoglobin and the volume of packed red bloods cells (hematocrit) per 100 ml of blood (Price, 2006; 256). The aimed of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, nutritional status, iron consumption and the patterns of inhibitor of Iron consumption with anemia in senior high school girls. This study used crossectional design and was held in two senior high school. This study founded that 63.4% of girls have anemia. The factors associated with anemia in senior high school girls were knowledge (p value = 0.004), nutritional status (p value = 0.034) and consumption patterns of Fe inhibitors (p value = 0.009). Suggestions in this study were senior high school girls need to be given nutrition education about anemia and Fe inhibitor consumption patterns and monitoring nutritional status at senior high school girls.Keywords: anemia, knowledge, nutritional status, inhibitor
