Abstract

Besarnya masalah kanker payudara dan dampak yang ditimbulkan maka perlu tindakan / intervensi kesehatan masyarakat dalam bentuk program penanggulangan nasional yang diatur dalam Permenkes no. 34 tahun 2015 tentang penanggulangan kanker payudara dan kanker leher Rahim. Salah satu upaya untuk menanggulangi kanker payudara yaitu penemuan kasus melalui deteksi dini yang dilakukan dengan cara pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) yang bisa dilakukan dengan mudah bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya gangguan abnormal pada payudara. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran para remaja mengenai kanker payudara yang bisa diketahui secara dini melalui pemeriksaan payudara sendiri atau SADARI hasil meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja di kelurahan Slipi tentang kanker payudara sehingga muncul kesadaran para remaja untuk melakukan sadari secara rutin  dengan demikian secara tidak langsung akan mengurangi jumlah penderita kanker Payudara yang selalu meningkat terus jumlahnya. Kesimpulan Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan simulasi sadari para remaja merasa pengetahuannya menjadi lebih bertambah mengenai kanker payudara dan bisa melakukan sadari untuk medeteksi dini kanker payudara, dan akan melakukan sadari secara rutin agar bila terjadi penyimpangan dari hasib sadari tersebut bisa segera diobati.  Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, Sadari, Kanker Payudara. ABSTRACT  The magnitude of the breast cancer problem and the impact it causes requires public health action / intervention in the form of a national prevention program regulated in Permenkes no. 34 of 2015 concerning the prevention of breast cancer and cervical cancer. One of the efforts to tackle breast cancer is case finding through early detection by means of breast self-examination (BSE) which can be done easily with the aim of knowing whether or not there are abnormal breast disorders. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and awareness of adolescents about breast cancer which can be detected early through breast self-examination or BSE results to increase the knowledge of adolescents in Slipi sub-district about breast cancer so that the awareness of adolescents to realize it regularly is thus indirectly will reduce the number of breast cancer sufferers which are always increasing in number. Conclusion After counseling and simulations are made, teenagers feel that their knowledge is increasing about breast cancer and can be aware of early detection of breast cancer, and will be aware of it regularly so that if there is a deviation from the result, they can immediately be treated. Keyword: Countermeasures, Sadari, Breast Cancer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the administration of telon oil to newborns to prevent flatulence. This type of research is simple descriptive with a case study approach. The results of the investigation to the two research subjects, namely By. Mrs. A on the first day before giving telon oil 29 cm circumference of the abdomen, with a soft stomach, not moving much, not crying often without cause, and after conducting research Research Subject I did not occur bloating. Still, on the third day, the stomach is a bit hard. In conclusion, when carrying out the assessment of the baby has a gestation period following the inclusion criteria and intervene in giving telon oil using telon oil on the baby's stomach.
