<![CDATA[Abstrak - Kepuasan pengguna sangat penting untuk mengetahui sistem yang diberikan oleh sarana dan prasarana yang diberikan, selain sebagai referensi untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan sistem informasi yang sudah ada. Metode observasi yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, karena bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis, proses pengukuran, kejelasan variabel, berdasarkan variabel operasional dan data dianalisis dengan uji statistik untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel efektivitas sistem informasi Montoring Delay berbasis web dan Kepuasan user. Populasi observasi adalah pengguna monitoring delay kota Bekasi. Jumlah sampel dari 51 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Roscoe untuk pengambilan sampel, dimana penentuan jumlah sampel diperoleh secara acak untuk menyebarkan kuesioner. Validitas atau keabsahan suatu hasil penelitian ditentukan oleh alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengatasinya diperlukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, koefisien korelasi. Kesimpulan dari pengamatan ini adalah adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara efektivitas sistem Informasi Monitoring Delay dan kepuasan pemakai terhadap pengiriman barang.
