<![CDATA[Abstrak--Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi penentuan alat kontrasepsi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Topsis. alat kontrasepsi merupakan alat yang dapat mencegah bertemunya sperma dan ovum, sehingga tidak terjadi pembuahan yang mengakibatkan kehamilan, peran tenaga medis sangatlah penting untuk memberikan konseling dan analisa mengenai alat kontrasepsi agar dapat memberi rekomendasi yang tepat bagi akseptor. Namun beberapa kasus yang terjadi adanya kesalahan dalam analisis sehingga tenaga medis memberikan rekomendasi alat kontrosepsi yang tidak cocok kepada akseptor, mengakibatkan beberapa efek samping seperti terjadinya pembuahan pada saat pemakaian alat kontrasepsi sampai kemungkinan terjadinya komplikasi. Metode TOPSIS (Technique For others Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution) dipilih karena model pendukung keputusan ini akan menguraikan masalah multi faktor atau multi kriteria yang kompleks menjadi suatu hirarki dan memiliki konsep dimana alternatif yang terpilih merupakan alternatif terbaik. Dengan dibangunnya aplikasi rekomendasi penentuan alat kontrasepsi diharapkan dapat membantu tenaga medis di Puskesmas II Purwokerto Utara untuk memberi solusi dalam kendala pemilihan alat kontrasepsi bagi akseptor sesuai kebutuhan dengan kondisi tubuh masing-masing individu.Kata Kunci: SPK, TOPSIS, Alat Kontrasepsi, Abstract--This research aims to provide recommendations on the determination of web-based contraceptives using Topsis method. contraception is a tool that can prevent the meeting of sperm and ovum, so there is no conception that resulted in pregnancy, the role of medical personnel is very important to provide counseling and analysis of contraceptives in order to provide appropriate recommendations for acceptors. The TOPSIS (Optical Solution) method of TOPSIS is chosen because this decision support model will describe complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy and have concepts where the chosen alternative is the best alternative.
