Abstract

ABSTRACTCylas formicarius is pest that damage of sweet potato plants. These pest damage part of tuber, stem and leaf. The form attack toward tuber of sweet potato, cause the tuber yet hollow, on leaf will cause leaf hollow, and the stem will look damage and easily wilt. Relative to the problem, than has done research with the title pest density Boleng population (Cylas formicarius) (Coleoptera: Curculiodae) on the sweet potato plants in Taluak Dalam at Kanagarian Alahan Panjang Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Using census sampling method in a way to make the square from measuring 1m x 1m. The result showed that the difference between stadia larva with stadia imago. The number of individuals on stadia larva is 256 tail/m² with andaverage 10,24/m², and then the number of individuals on stadia imago 177 tail/m² with and average 7,08/m². This can be regarded as pests because it resulted in decreased quality and production of sweet potato plants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of non-financial compensation, placement, and the ability of the employee morale at PT. Bank Unisritama. As for the population in this study were all employees that existed in the last PT. Bank Unisritama, ie 66 people. While the sampling is done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test (F-test) showed that non-financial compensation, placement and the ability to simultaneously significant effect on employee morale, while the partial test (t-test) showed that non-financial compensation, placement and the ability to partially significant effect on employee morale at PT. Bank Unisritama. To add to employee morale, Chairman of PT. Pekanbaru Unisritama Rural Banks should increase the sense of loyalty of employees in the work. For example by increasing the provision of non-financial compensation, put the employees in accordance with their expertise and seeks to train the ability of employees. It is expected to increase employee morale in the work. as well as the need to provide training opportunities to employees so that employee morale can be improved.Keyword : Non Financial Compensation, Placement, Ability and Work Spirit.

Abstract

Reproductive health is a long-term asset that determines the success of having children. Maintaining reproductive organs in the form of personal hygiene actions is key to reproductive health, especially during menstruation. The lack of knowledge of a teenager in carrying out personal hygiene actions for external reproductive organs can trigger various diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reproductive health education about personal hygiene during menstruation on the level of knowledge of female students at SDN 01 V Koto Timur. This study was quantitative with a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest posttest approach. The study was conducted on November 26, 2024 at SDN 01 V Koto Timur. The study population was all students of SDN 01 V Koto Timur who had experienced menstruation. The research sample was students who had experienced menstruation with a total sampling technique so that a sample of 35 people was obtained. The instrument used in the study was a knowledge questionnaire containing 15 question items with a Gutman scale. Data analysis used a paired t-test at the α level = 5%. The results of the study showed that the majority of students had a low level of knowledge, namely 25 people (71.43%) regarding personal hygiene during menstruation before being given reproductive health education. However, the majority of students had good knowledge of personal hygiene, namely 30 people (85.71%) after being given reproductive health education. The results of the paired t-test showed p-value = 0.002 <α = 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of providing reproductive health education on the level of knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation in students of SDN 01 V Koto Timur. Suggestion, this study is expected to be a reference for schools to provide education about personal hygiene periodically to students who are menstruating to avoid genital infections.
