Permasalahan yaitu masih banyak siswa yang tidak bisa melakukan sikap lilin. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Hubungan Kelentukan togok dan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil belajar sikap lilin Metode penelitian deskritif kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Setelah dihitung dengan rumus analisis data yang digunakan diperoleh koefesien korelasi rx1y sebesar = 0,505 > rtabel = 0,295. Koefesien korelasi rx2y =0,484 rtabel = 0,295. koefesien korelasi Ry(1,2) = 0,61099,uji keberartian koefesien korelasi ganda menggunakan uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 12,509 Ftabel 3,22. disimulkan terdapat hubungan yang singfikan antara kelentukan togok dan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil belajar sikap lilin.
