<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Gout arthritis merupakan penyakit yang ditandai dengan nyeri akibat endapan kristal monosodium urat yang tertumpuk di dalam sendi sebagai akibat tingginya kadar asam urat dalam darah. Mengkonsumsi rebusan daun sirsak (Annona muricata Linn) adalah salah satu jenis terapi nonfarmakologis yang berfungsi sebagai analgetik yang mampu mengurangi nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian rebusan daun sirsak terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita gout arthritis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pra Eksperimental dengan rancangan One-Group Pra-Post test design. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Sampel didapatkan sebanyak 18 orang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian rebusan daun sirsak, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah penurunan nyeri pada penderita gout arthritis. Data dikumpulkan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dengan nilai standar <0.05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikan (2-tailed) = 0.000 yang berarti rebusan daun sirsak bisa menurunkan nyeri pada penderita gout arthritis.  Kata kunci : Daun kersen, Glukosa darah, Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 ABSTRACT Gout arthritis is the disease is characterized by the pain as result to the deposition of monosodium urate crystals that accumulate in the joint as result of the high levels of uric acid in the blood. The pain is condition in the form of feeling of not pleasing, it is very subjective because the feeling pain different in every person in terms of the scale or that level. Consuming decoction soursop leaf (Annona muricata Linn) is the one of the non pharmacology therapy which serves as analgetik that can reduce pain. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of giving a decoction of soursop leaves to a decrease of pain in patients gout arthritis.This research method used pra experimental with the draft One-Group Pra-Post test Design. Sample is selected using the purposive sampling method. Sample obtained as many  18 peoples. The independent variable in this research is giving a decoction of soursop leaves. while the dependent variable in this research is decrease of pain in gout arthritis patients. Data collected before and after intervention.
