Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kementerian Pertahanan Satuan Kerja Biro Kepegawaian Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dimana data yang diperoleh berupa kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.  Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 80 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kementerian Pertahanan Satuan Kerja Biro Kepegawaian Jakarta Pusat, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? 8,835 > 1.990. dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Pertahanan Satuan Kerja Biro Kepegawaian Jakarta Pusat, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? 11,0111 > 1,990 .t tabel dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Pertahanan Satuan Kerja Biro Kepegawaian Jakarta Pusat,, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai f hitung 62.797 > 3,114, maka H3 penelitian diterima dan Ho ditolak dan bisa disimpulkan bahwasanya ada dampak signifikan secara bersamaan variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kementerian Pertahanan Satuan Kerja Biro Kepegawaian Jakarta Pusat

Abstract

This research aims to predict the potential bankruptcy of PT. Indofarma Tbk using the Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski (X-Score) methods. The data used in this study are the Annual Reports of PT. Indofarma Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The calculation and analysis of bankruptcy prediction using the Altman Z-Score method for PT. Indofarma Tbk from 2018 to 2022 show that the company is in an unhealthy condition or potentially bankrupt with Z-Score values of 1.50, 1.61, 1.32, 1.75, and -0.99, respectively. The calculation and analysis of bankruptcy prediction using the Zmijewski (X-Score) method for PT. Indofarma Tbk from 2018 to 2020 indicate that the company was in a healthy condition. In 2018, the X-Score was -0.46; in 2019, it was -0.71; and in 2020, it was -0.04. However, in 2021 and 2022, the X-Score calculations show the company was in an unhealthy condition or potentially bankrupt, with scores of 0.04 and 2.33, respectively. This research can serve as a reference for future researchers and as an evaluation material for the company to improve its financial performance.

Abstract

Village financial management is supported by several principles, namely transparency, accountability, participation, responsiveness, and competence. This study aims to determine the effect of good governance principles (transparency, accountability, participation, responsiveness, and competence) as independent variables on village financial management as the dependent variable in Takisung District, Tanah Laut Regency. The population in this study consists of village officials working in village and sub-district offices within the Takisung District area, with a sample of five village and sub-district offices and a total of 40 respondents. This study employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, transparency, accountability, participation, responsiveness, and competence have a significant effect on village financial management. The R-Square value of 0.979 or 97.9% indicates that these five principles of good governance dominantly determine the effectiveness of village financial management, while the remaining 2.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings imply that the consistent implementation of good governance principles can enhance accountability and efficiency in village financial management.
