Abstract

Masa purna tugas merupakan masa dimana setiap orang berbeda dalam menyikapi. Ada yang menganggap sebagai masa istirahat, masa ibadah, atau justru masa yang terpuruk akibat berkurangnya penghasilan karena sudah dianggap tidak produktif. Singapura adalah contoh negara yang peduli dengan kesejahteraan lansia. Kebijakan “Re-employment” yang mendorong para warga lansia untuk kembali bekerja setelah mereka melampaui usia batas pensiun, 62 tahun. dengan Tujuan agar lansia memiliki rasa percaya diri yang kuat, tidak merasa kesepian dan masih bisa mengisi waktu luang untuk mengisi kekosongan/kesepian. Ibu Lilik, adalah salah satu mitra yang sudah purna tugas, memiliki usaha produk tahu bakso. Omset tiap hari mampu meproduksi 300-350 butir tahu bakso yang penjualannya dengan pemasaran yang terbatas. Kemasan tahu bakso juga sangat sederhana sehingga tidak mampu bertahan lama, serta belum mendapatkan ijin PIRT. Diperlukan support dan dukungan Tim Pengabdi UMM agar didapatkan ketahanan produktivitas Lansia menjelang dan purna tugas sehingga pendampingan ini menjadi pilot projek untuk pendampingan ketahanan produktivitas masa purna. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah Model pendampingan dimana Tim Pengabdi melatih dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya mitra dalam melakukan: budidaya, produksi pengolahan, pengemasan serta sosialisasi ijin PIRT. Hasil pendampingan, diperoleh peningkatan omset penjualan dan pendapatan. Kata kunci : purna tugas, ketahanan, produktifitas

Abstract

The golden age or period for early childhood (0-6 years) is a period where children experience very rapid growth and development, which then at the age of 4-6 years is a period where they take formal education such as Kindergarten. This period is a good time to develop language skills, physical, emotional, social, discipline and all the abilities of the child. In addition, family also plays an important role in the development of the children’s potential and growth. One of the important aspects in the growth and development of children is language skills, as the language is a means of communication with parents, teachers, and peers who are their present social environment. Children at this age cannot be separated from their parents or family as the children initially learn language from adult examples. At an early age, problems often occur because sometimes children cannot speak clearly and firmly which is caused by the slow development of children in language due to the lack of stimulus provided. Therefore, this study aims to improve expressive language skills of early childhood through the media of the Picture Book (Big Book).

Abstract

Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers article 10 mandates that every teacher is required to meet the academic qualifications and teacher competencies that apply nationally, so that coaching to increase teacher competency needs to always receive more attention in its development. This service aims to increase teacher professionalism through innovative, creative and effective learning. This service was carried out at SMA Aisyiyah Boarding School Malang (SMA ABSM) in October 2022. The activity was attended by 13 teachers from various subjects. The methods used are two-way communication methods, lectures and training. This activity provides an explanation to teachers about strengthening teacher competency to become quality teachers and outstanding performance. This activity trains teachers in terms of pedagogical, professional, social and personal skills, and also equips teachers on how to be interesting when teaching and liked by their students, thereby creating innovative, creative and effective learning. This community service only reaches the stage of delivering material, and not yet at the stage of evaluating and assisting teachers in daily practice. Therefore, in the future it is hoped that there will be community service activities that focus on assisting teachers' daily practices, teaching practice, and reflecting together.
