<![CDATA[Abstract: This research took place at SDN 064025 Tanjung Selamat Medan Tuntung. Research implementation with reference to time like this is also an effort of researchers to improve the Catholic Religious Education learning strategy that has been taking place in the first half of this semester. Based on the results of the classroom action research that has been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: The application of group investigation type cooperative learning can increase student motivation in the subject of Class VI Catholic Religious Education at Public Elementary School 064025 Tanjung Selamat Medan Tuntung. The application of the group investigation type cooperative learning method could make Catholic Religion lessons that seem tedious to be more enjoyable. Keyword: Group Investigation  Abstrak: Penelitian ini berlangsung di SDN 064025 Tanjung Selamat Medan Tuntungan. Pelaksanaan Penelitian dengan mengacu waktu seperti ini sekaligus sebagai upaya peneliti memperbaiki strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik yang telah berlangsung pada paruh pertama semester ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik kelas VI di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 064025 Tanjung Selamat Medan Tuntungan.
