Abstract

Abstrack: Sanitation of public places is a public health problem that is quite urgent, because the public place is a meeting place of all kinds of society with all sickness. Public places or facilities must carry out environmental sanitation, among others, places that facilitate the occurrence of disease transmission, or public service places where the intensity of the number and timing of visits is high. Place or public facilities one of the market. Kusamba General Market is located at Amlapura Highway, Kusamba Village, Dawan District with 2.974 m2 of land area consisting of 227 traders. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of market sanitation in Kusamba General Market Kusamba Village Dawan Year 2018. This research use descriptive method with data collection technique using observation sheet. Result of research to market building get category enough with score 16, market sanitation get category enough with score 12, security got by category less with score 1. Total of whole state of sanitation market that is enough with score 28. It is suggested to market manager to pay more attention to cleanliness the market environment and adding sanitation facilities. To the traders to jointly maintain market facilities and market hygiene. To the government or related institutions located in the working area of Pasar Umum Kusamba to conduct supervision / inspection of market sanitation and health of traders.

Abstract

Community Health Service played an important role in improving community health status. In 2017, Puskesmas III Denpasar Selatan has low success rate of sanitation clinic program which is 7,04%. This research is done in order to identify the relationship knowledge level and visits of diarrhea patients at Sanitation Clinic of Puskesmas III Denpasar Selatan. The data is based on the Report of Diarrhea Cases and Sanitation Clinic Visits in 2019 with a cross sectional study through observational analytics. The samples obtained were 54 patients. Statistical analysis using chi square. The average knowledge level categorized as low namely 28 patients (51,9%), only 24,1% know the purpose of the sanitation clinic. Most of the diarrhea patients choose not to visit sanitation clinic namely 44 patients (81,5%). The knowledge level and visits were significantly associated with moderate relationship (p = 0,000 and CC = 0,44). Therefore, the implementation team of sanitation clinic and POA (Plan of Action) are needed, also empowering the community leaders, cadres, families and organizations.

Abstract

Abstract:. The increase in cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in a region is caused by physical quality factors of the house and behavioral factors. The purpose research was to determine the relationship between behavior and physical quality of the home with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Kediri Community Health Center 1. The type of observational research was retrospective with a case control design. Case group samples were 40 tuberculosis patients at the Kediri Health Center 1 in 2018. Samples of the control group were 40 people who had never suffered from tuberculosis and had the characteristics of a case group. Data collection used questionnaire sheets for behavior and observation sheets for the physical quality of the house and  analyzed with chi square statistical test. Based on the results of the chi square test showed there is a relationship between behavior (p = 0,000 CC = 0,363) and physical quality of the house (p = 0,000 CC = 0,430) with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Suggestions that for the community to pay more attention to the health and cleanliness of the house

Abstract

Potencial hazards that the threaten safety and health agricultural sector one of them is the use of pesticides. The pesticides are not controlled can make some trobles of health and environment pollution. The purpose of this study is to know description of occupational safety and health efforts in the use of pesticides of farmer group “Kube Amerta Abadi” In Candikuning Baturiti, Tabanan regency. This study is descriptive study. The sampling using a saturated sampling technique, in wich all members of the population are sampled. The data obtained through by interview and check up the cholinesterase of  15 members of farmer groups. The result of study are indicated that from 15 farmers, 14 farmers have a good effort of OHS planning phase. The effort of OHS implementation phase of 15 farmers all have a good effort of OHS. From 15 farmers, 9 of the farmers have the effort of OHS the bad post implementation phase, and 6 farmers have the effort of OHS the good post implementation phase. The effort of OHS in the use of pesticides 15 farmers, 8 farmers have the effort of OHS is good and 7 farmers have the effort of OHS moderate ability. From the check of cholinesterase, 4 farmers have a mild toxic and 11 farmers have suffered moderate toxic.
