Abstract

Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program ilmu    pengetahuan bagi masyarakat dengan metode dampingan yaitu ABCD ini  adalah Aset untuk: 1) Meningkatkan pemenuhan taraf kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir terkait dengan keberadaan hasil tangkapan ikan yang diharapkan mampu menopang kehidupan anggota kelompok. 2) Meningkatkan penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan baru, ditinjau dari segi pelaksanaannya dapat menyerapan tenaga kerja lebih meluas dan diorganisir sesuai kesepakatan dan ketentuan bersama. 3) Meningkatkan kemampuan bekerjasama dalam kelompok, Kelompok Wanita Nelayan atau istri nelayan yang di dalamnya tergabung komunitas wanita nelayan. Pelaksanaan program dikemas dalam 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni: 1) Pemetaan aset individu, 2) Aset fisik dan sumber daya alam, dan 3) Produksi asset. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan wanita nelayan atau istri nelayan dapat memahami dengan jelas materi pelatihan pengolahan ikan yang dapat menghasilkan beragam jenis olahan produk yang berbahan dasar ikan.

Abstract

This research illuminates the ethical standards governing marketing professionals within the Islamic banking sector, focusing on discouraging unethical practices for personal gain. We objectively depict the prevailing ethical landscape using field research and descriptive methodologies. Our investigation reveals that the largest Islamic Bank in Indonesia, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), has instituted a comprehensive ethical framework for its marketing personnel. This framework transcends mere guidelines, embodying an ethos deeply ingrained in their professional conduct. Marketing strategies, underpinned by Islamic ethics, are guided by the tenets of faith: Shiddiq (honesty), Amanah (responsibility), Fathanah (wisdom), and Tabligh (communicative). This study offers a unique insight into the ethical marketing practices within the Islamic banking industry, contributing to the discourse on ethical standards in financial services marketing.

Abstract

Investment is a component that is used as a standard for measuring economic growth in a country. The high and low level of investment in a country will greatly affect the cycle and economic activity in the country. One of the investment instruments that is increasingly in demand by the public today is the capital market, including the Islamic capital market. This is based on the phenomenon of increasing the number of investors in the Islamic capital market, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which is dominated by millennials and z generations. The increase in the number of millennial generation investors is supported by increasing awareness of financial literacy. Another supporting factor is the development of technology and information systems that make it easier to invest in investment platforms that can be accessed on gadgets. So the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the interest of the millennial generation of Parepare City to invest in the Islamic capital market. The influencing factors are financial literacy and investment platform as independent variables and investment interest in the Islamic capital market as a dependent variable. The research method uses quantitative descriptive research with the type of Field Research research (field research). The population in this study is the millennial generation of Parepare City, with a sample of 100 people. Based on the results of data analysis, financial literacy variables positively affect the interest of the millennial generation to invest in the capital market. The investment platform variable has a positive effect on the millennial generation's interest in investing in the Islamic capital market.
