Abstract

Contract employees are employees whose job status within the company does not have facilities and does not ensure the continuity of their work in the company. Determination of contract employees to become permanent employees at PT Menara Antam Sejahtera is still not fair and requires sufficient time long. In determining contract employees to become permanent employees, it is carried out in stages by file selection, oral or written tests, and direct observation to employees so that mistakes are made in determining the final result of the determination of contract employees can be minimized. For determination, the  ppointment of contract employees to become permanent employees is one way touse the approach method Balanced Scorecard. The next stage is processed using the Analytic Network Process. With the help of Super Decision software, a decision support system is made in terms of determining permanent employees at PT Menara Antam Sejahtera with a promotion of 0.33360 in the normalized by cluster table based on promotions, employee performance becomes more objective and make more efficient.

Abstract

Abstract — Problems that occur with the development of technology allow the occurrence of data theft in the company PT. Timas Suplindo, in the form of important data such as tender proposals, financial transactions and design designs for projects addressed to clients that should not be known by unauthorized parties. So it is necessary to apply cryptography at the time of sending data files to maintain the confidentiality of the information data. By using a cryptographic algorithm that is applied to the encryption and decryption process, it uses the 3DES algorithm, the RC4 algorithm and the Huffman compression method. And made with a simple and easy to use interface. The results achieved in this study are an implementation that will facilitate the sending of files in the form of .docx and .pdf in a confidential manner that is not easily known by unauthorized persons, so that the files are kept confidential.. Abstract

Abstract— Technological developments require businesses to be able to prioritize fast service, increase productivity, and convenience and create superior products. By selling and buying products via the internet, it will make it easier for people to access e-commerce websites effectively and efficiently and increase store sales. The problems that occur in Sports Stores XYZ are that there is no system to inform product details, product prices, product sizes, and product stock so that customers run out of items they want to buy, lack of maximum sales promotion, no reports for the best-selling products, lack of maximum results in searching sales report data. This research method builds and designs E-commerce with a WordPress content management system (CMS), develops a B2C (Business-to-Customer) E-commerce model, discusses making product catalogs, ordering products, product transactions, and confirming payments, payment is done by transfer between banks and then the shop will validate if the buyer has confirmed the payment. This research resulted in the availability of product catalog, cart, and checkout features on the E-commerce system, the coupon feature and the sales report feature, and best-selling products. Abstract

Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi mendorong berbagai organisasi, termasuk lembaga pelatihan kerja (LPK), untuk mengadopsi solusi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Salah satu bagian penting dalam pengelolaan SDM ialah pencatatan absensi karyawan yang tepat dan efisien. Beberapa LPK masih menggunakan sistem absensi manual yang seringkali menghadirkan masalah, seperti kesalahan dalam pencatatan, keterlambatan dalam pelaporan, dan potensi manipulasi data. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan menerapkan sistem informasi Human Resource Information System (HRIS) dengan modul absensi karyawan yang berbasis web, menggunakan metode Waterfall. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan absensi, meningkatkan keakuratan data, serta mempermudah proses monitoring kehadiran karyawan secara langsung. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mendukung manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan berdasarkan data yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mengevaluasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG), salah satu kebijakan prioritas pemerintah Indonesia yang dirancang untuk memperbaiki status gizi kelompok rentan, terutama anak usia sekolah, ibu hamil, dan ibu menyusui. Dalam era tata kelola berbasis digital, analisis opini publik melalui media sosial menjadi komponen penting untuk menilai penerimaan dan efektivitas suatu kebijakan publik. Platform Twitter (X), yang memiliki tingkat penggunaan tinggi di Indonesia, menyediakan sumber data yang kaya untuk menggambarkan respons dan pandangan masyarakat secara real time. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan text mining dengan memanfaatkan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier guna mengelompokkan sentimen masyarakat secara otomatis dari data unggahan Twitter. Sebanyak 1.380 tweet yang berkaitan dengan program MBG dihimpun selama periode Desember 2025 hingga Januari 2026. Tahapan penelitian mencakup proses pengambilan data, prapemrosesan teks yang meliputi normalisasi huruf, pembersihan teks, tokenisasi, serta penghapusan kata umum, kemudian pelabelan sentimen berbasis leksikon, dilanjutkan dengan ekstraksi fitur menggunakan metode TF-IDF, dan proses klasifikasi menggunakan Naive Bayes dengan skema validasi silang lima lipatan. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan dominasi sentimen positif masyarakat terhadap program MBG, yaitu sebesar 97,75%, sementara sentimen netral mencapai 1,96% dan sentimen negatif sebesar 0,29%. Model yang dibangun menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat baik dengan tingkat akurasi 97,83%, presisi 95,70%, recall 97,83%, dan nilai F1-score 96,75%. Kata-kata yang paling sering muncul seperti “bergizi”, “gratis”, “program”, “anak”, dan “sehat” mencerminkan respons publik yang sangat mendukung. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi empiris yang relevan bagi evaluasi kebijakan publik berbasis data serta menjadi landasan untuk penyempurnaan implementasi program di masa mendatang
